Just picked up the Flex 440 with the new Blue Board. Completely blown away by the sound, feel, ball speed and adjustability. Haven't had a Nike driver since the tour Limited and for as adjustable as this driver is its extremely easy to figure out. Have it as 9.5 with the weight set forward and in the left setting. Penetrating rockets that sound like I'm hitting persimmon.

 

I have the same setup except weight back. The driver launches rockets. I love the muted soft sound. It feels so smooth and soft when you make contact but damn the ball flies

I ordered mine sunday...

 

i am looking forward to use it... i play Scottish links golf so always carry a 2 iron.... its going to match my Mp25/Mp5s almost....

 

Ordered mine Sunday as well. 3 iron bent open 1* with recoil 95g. Wondering how long it will take me to get.

 

Anyone know where Nike would be building these clubs?

I ordered two fly pro's bent 1* weak each, last Tuesday and they will be in my hands tomorrow, so I'd say 3-5 business days is the average.

Got my bag today!! Now just waiting on the hybrid to replace the 3 iron.

 

Is your hybrid backordered? I have an ETA of April 4th.

Yes it was. Bag was delayed due to a error at Nike. Hoping the same doesn't happen to the hybrid but we will check if it doesn't come soon. Can't get out yet so no huge rush but would like it before the season starts here.

I wish you the best. It's still not ideal playing conditions here but I have gone out a few times. Haven't really had a need yet for the 3h but I know I will. I'm more excited about the putter so my attention has been diverted.

after 3 weeks of high anticipation my fly pro with d+ 70 X finally came in and its if a half inch short.....come onnnn!!

Clubs mostly come out of Memphis.

I think that's right. Most all of my clubs have been shipped from Memphis.

Yes! Soft is a good word for it. Like hitting tennis balls but missiles leave the face.

Got my Vapor Fly Pro 2 iron with Recoil 110 today. The feel is a bit different than the 4 iron version of it that I had hit. Overall though, I'm pretty happy with it. With the 2i I was getting 256 carry, 261 total.

Haven't figured how how I'm going to fit it into the bag yet though....

 

Some very good number... What is your six iron numbers?

 

My current 2 iron is my 250 yard club so hoping my on order fly pro 2 iron is also that but easier to hit and flight.... Going to be hard as Scratch ez1 was great....

I am part of a division 1 golf program that is on nike's sponsorship. I have seen the whole vapor line come through the team. I myself own the vapor pro driver (black) which I found to be pretty nice. As for the vapor flex 3 wood and hybrid....ehhhh. I would stick to the pro line. I had previously owned the Titleist AP2's before switching to the vapor pro combos. I like the pro combo's they provide a good feel similar to the AP2's. Some of the veterans on the team have had both the black and blue vapor woods and say the driver and 3 wood in blue are awesome. There is a pretty big difference in results to according to them. So I would stick to the vapor series that is blue. The engage wedges have an ok feel but spin a ton due to the rust. You really have to try them and see if you like them. I hope this helps

Just a quick question to the guys that have the Vapor Fly Pro 2 iron. I'm very interested in putting it in the bag but noticed that it's about an inch longer than the standard 2 iron. I did notice that the lie is a degree lower however. Have you guys had any issues with the longer length? Or is it just a matter of an adjustment period? Thanks for any input you guys can offer!

Thanks for the info! Was hoping it was going to be that easy. I'd be swapping the stock shaft for my Nippon and was wondering if I needed to add an extension to maximize it's benefits if the inch adds to it's characteristics.

 

Now if convincing the wife was that easy! Thanks again!!
