Speaking for myself, having used Velcro and magnetic covers. Always seems that I peel the Velcro when someone is either putting or doing something and I get that "dirty" look like I did it to screw them up look. Or I have to wait till it's the right time to remove it.

Before you jump on me I usually play with people that for pace of play reasons we try and get going as soon as possible when reaching the green.

Also I prefer magnetic over Velcro and that's what the description said. I mean if you ordered a big mac and got double quarter instead or vice verse, it's still a burger right?

 

I might still keep it but give it to my kid. It seems lately Nike has been screwing up the descriptions on NDC.

 

Big Nike fan here, but these screw-ups are concerning. The flow of information from product development to the marketing product manager and then to the web designer is broken. (Most recently the US open balls were listed as RZN black and ended up being Platinums).

 

As one of the most influential marketing companies in the world, they are sloppy when it comes to the golf department, or worse, they don't care.

 

I'll keep the cover because I'm a loyalist, but if this trend was happening at my company, someone would have been put on a performance plan or been fired by now. The cost of dealing with returns is not ideal for an industry where profitability is at a premium.

I'm honestly not a big fan of velcro headcovers but I really need something so I don't have to worry about my Rors headcover falling apart overtime from being tossed on the fringe over and over, so I may keep it. That all being said, I work in IT and used to do web design for pretty large sites, and there really is a problem that seems to becoming more frequent on their website. Photographs keep getting put up that are incorrect and it's happening with product information too. This is fairly important when the purpose of the website is to sell products to customers.

 

I'm not going to throw an entitled fit, I just think that better could be done with relative ease. The person adding the info almost certainly is copying in what was provided to them and likely has never seen the product in person before doing so. It's likely that the person providing the web dev the product info may not have ever seen the headcover except from design/concept sheets before manufacturing. Who knows.

It feels like it's made out of a cheap spring jacket on the outside and the Inside isn't the softest texture either.

The stock origin headcover is nicer in my opinion.

 

I'm going to accept the L on this and send it back.

In addition to this error, the website also incorrectly lists a left handed B1-01 Origin as being available. I brought this to their attention but I guess they haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.

I don't think it's a mistake. I got a call from Nike about the availability of a LH B1-01 Origin but in counter flex couple weeks ago. Obviously I didn't want the counter flex but the B1-01 is available. BTW I finally got my Origin B2-01 and I LOVE IT. Anyone try the SNSR grip on the Origin yet? I'm not quite sure about lamkin grip.

I bought the cover to collect it. Ordered it so fast (other than the internet locking up on me) once I saw it that I never read the description. Just glad to get one since I missed all of last years.

Well mine just got here on a different truck than the one that brought my shirts 30 minutes ago. Anyways, I collected sc headcovers for years and I'm used to the velcro, but am a little disappointed it's not a magnet. I sold off my Cameron collection because I got tired of high prices and sc putting out one on any and every occasion. I'm happy to have my first Nike cover and hope I get my hands on a few more that I've seen as well.

Rzn white are great golf balls. Have a good feel, spin, and distance for a ball in that category. Little more expensive than some other brands in the same category but they are good golf balls. I used the previous model from last year for a bit hmwhen I was having a rough patch in my game.

Unfortunately looks like Nike decided the website should have the same functionality for all brands. Could have still built one system but treat each sport and the shopping cart differently.

 

Luckily the chat feature works well and the guys I've chatted have been really helpful.

Old Nike Crush balls are decent balls and are very cheap right now. My Edwin Watts sells boxes for $10 each.

I haven't played them in a very long time, but I always thought that the PD Soft was the best cheap, entry level ball on the market.

After unknowingly paying for two day shipping this was just delivered and will most likely be going right back.

 

Description was for embroidered logo but it's not, it's like an iron in silk screen,and its Velcro closure not magnetic.
