Nike is really being generous with the availability of stuff they are putting out this year. last year the putter and headcovers sold out in mins, now everyone can get one without feeling left out. i got mine although I was hoping they would have all 4 of the logos, since I really liked the wavy logo

 

Maybe one a day leading up to Thursday's opening round????? At least that's my hope.

Yup. Black sharpie covering both the ball type and ball number (it's a #2 ball).

 

Why is it that black sharpie often looks like purple on a golf ball?

This should've been Nike's Open cover. It should've been Pittsburgh themed, I can't believe they let Odyssey one up them.

Can you really not believe that a company that ONLY makes putters would make a cooler putter cover than Nike? And I will respectfully disagree, now the US Open cover is not my favorite they've ever made, and yes I did grab a bunch to hook up the team down here but I'd rather see a US Open headcover reference...America...or the course it's being played at...not the colors of a football, baseball, and hockey team that not everyone likes, let alone some of the ugliest football jerseys ever created.

I just would've thought with the Volt/Yellow and black of most Nike stuff they would've used it here given the opportunity. Im not saying the gallery needs terrible towels for the weekend but one cover representing Pittsburgh wouldn't have taken away from the course or any American patriotism of the tournament.
