First, I'd make sure no one brings the wrong equipment to the wrong event...

On the other hand, I've often wished I had my Superposed in the golf bag - would give new meaning to "lost ball."

Seriously, it sounds like a lot of fun. Are you going to assign the skeet teams separately from the golf teams? Or is that unnecessary? Just thinking that if all the good gun guys end up on the same golf team, then lowering golf score by number of clays hit could get out of hand.

We have done a bachelor party...golf and shoot clays. Never tied the scoring together...lol. Sounds like a good idea. One word of advice...if there is going to be beer/alcohol consumed....do the skeet shooting first....Just saying...have fun.

My advice, shoot the skeet first.

That would allow for some safe beers during the golf part or the day

I'm a big fan of Daytona. It involves two man teams. Each man plays their own ball and records their score and the two numbers are placed side by side. If one score is par or better it gets read first. If both scores are bogey or worse the higher of the two numbers gets read first.

Example: when playing a par 5 one man scores a 5 and the other cards a 9. That team scores a fifty nine. However, if one man scores a 6 and the other a 9 then the team cards a ninety six.


This format leads to some huge point swings but is so much fun
