anyone have any pics of Phil Mickelson WITB circa 2002- 2003ish Titleist days

Have a look at getty images, lots of old pics from that era. Not sure you'll get up close club setup images though.

This was a great thread at one time but for some reason all the pics are gone. The Gachet had many great pics.

Phil Mickelson has had a number of different club manufacturers in his 20+ seasons

Phil won the US Amateur at Cherry Hills, and in the desert as an Amateur with PING Eye 2s and an Arnold Palmer Original putter.

The one time at the 1992 Memorial before he turned pro, Phil [i]actually used a set of Golden Ram Tour Grind irons[/i].

This is before Phil hired Jim "Bones" MacKay to be his Caddie. It was also where a young pro named Ernie Els played PINGs.

Even when Phil played Yonex (Graphite is the FUTURE of Golf)

It even appears Phil has had a "shadow" relationship with PING clubs, as one was in his bag when he won the British Open.
He also had to endure an accusation of cheating (Scott McCarron?) when he used the Eye 2 Wedge, which became the basis for
the Callaway PM Series wedges.

Phil's relationship with Ping may be from his Arizona State days. At least that's what I always assumed.

I was trying to figure this out one day recently too, glad I found this thread. I've got a set of 731pm's and I was thinking about trying to find the rest of his set up from the time he was playing them to build a Phil bag. :)
