Mann customer service

I just want to give a quick shout out to Lamont and the incredible level of customer service I have received in purchasing my first custom putter. He has been incredibly friendly in the process. It has been a joy to work with him and I can't wait to get my first of many Mann made putters.

Been a fan of LaMont and his work for a long time, even back when all he did was refinish putters! So glad he's going well and people are enjoying his work!

There have been a few times where I've sent an email update to LaMont and only expected a quick sentence in return to confirm... and he ends up sending a friendly multi-paragraph response.

The man(n) is super busy, working with one good arm, and still manages to give extra time to a customer. On top of that, his products are some of the best money can buy. Can't recommend him enough!

Just wanted to give a quick "Thank You" and say that I have had good examples set by others in the trade. Guys like Tom Slighter, Byron Morgan and Tad Moore have set a pretty sharp example and they are great guys to lead by example.

Also, I want to acknowledge that I don't bat 1.000 and appreciate the guys who have put up with me when I am less than perfect. It has happened more than I like to think about, but I am always working to get better.

Good to hear. Get better LaMont, not that I have a vested interest or anything.

I'd like to add to the statements above. It's been a joy working with LaMont on both of my putters. I'm sure that another one will be in the works shortly. Thanks LaMont!!!

LaMont is in the middle of working his magic making me a putter. Hiis responses are well thought out and very detailed. He is incredibly creative with his suggestions. The building process has been very enjoyable so far.

LaMont is the bomb...the Mann bomb!! The "in progress" pics he sends along with his ideas are great, you always know where your putter is the process.
