Accra Tour Z

My son recently finished playing D1 college golf and turned pro. For the past couple years used a tp6hd, 6.2 motors speeder and for the past two years a rogue 125msi 60 tx.

He just got the Accra tour z and put it in his M2 that he testing (199 gm with out adapter, 10.5 listed loft). His gamer is a 9.5 M1 with the rogue.

He is totally impressed with Accra. The Accra has a lower launch than the rogue and similar if not lower spin. He has not had a chance to see the numbers on a track man yet.

I play the Tour Proto (proto of the tour Z). Great shaft. very stable. I've never seen this shaft in red though. what are the numbers after the Tour Z?

This is the new Tour Z Extreme. Zx465 M5 stands for low launch, 65 gram, X Flex.

I tried a Tour Z but I could not get used to it at the time, I always go back to the Graf Blue for some reason. But the shaft did feel good and if you like the feeling of the shaft loading then ya its great but I prefer the 2 x 4 feel of the blue I guess lol

I have played the Tour Z ST for the past two years and love it. Just picked up a back up from Pro Clubs on ebay. Great feel, low launch and spin.

I play the Tour Proto (proto of the tour Z). Great shaft. very stable. I've never seen this shaft in red though. what are the numbers after the Tour Z?

 

I also still play the Tour Proto M5-75 in my SLDR.

Very good match for my 10.5 head.

 

Would be interested to know more about this new version and whether there is a heavier version available.

Thanks for that, although that may be just too much shaft for me.

My SLDR already swingweights heavy (just about right for me) with a slightly shortened M5-75.

 

Nice to know though if I ever think of changing to a lighter headed driver at some stage.

I believe he still has a CB-85 in his 3 wood. No positive on that though.

Has anyone tried the Tour Z(red shaft) in the 200 series. I read the 200 was higher launch than the 400 series.

I have one of the original Z+ in 75. Great feeling shaft and in heavy weights was a beast in a fw. Which reminds me... maybe I should give it a try against the HZRDUS.
