i was fortunate enough to get some behind the scenes access along with about 15 others this weekend at Tyson's shop. i will share some of the crappy photos that i took, many of which are putters that will be included in this weeks online release. i figured this thread doesnt have nearly enough pictures for all of those visual learners out there. i also snagged some pictures of some ball markers and such that may be apart of a MYSTERY ITEM kind of deal.

The release will be this week. It will be somewhere between 10-20 putters. Mostly allendales but a few bridgeports and camdens as well. You will have the option to customize sticks after you purchase them. At the event this weekend afterwards we raffled off a putter. 25 spots at 100$ a spot. I happened to win that game. A nice guy who didn't have a putter yet asked if I'd sell him the winning ticket. He made me an offer for it, which was exactly how much it would have cost at the release. I made him a deal that if he put his name on it I would take 15% off that price. We made a deal and he got to have Tyson lamb customize his putter in Tyson's shop right in front of him with he and Tyson basically designing the whole deal. It was pretty neat to watch. Tyson even decided to do a special mod and weld a nut to the top line for a site dot. The putter was being named Joe Nutz so it was only fitting. I'll see if I can find pictures of the process. What a great time we had at the event. And the release will make at least a dozen or more people very happy.

 

Btw the Halloween cover is amazing.

 

That's really cool of you to help out another guy get a putter. Really appreciate all the pics and updated information on what looks to be this week's putter release.

Thanks for the pics Santo love seeing a little behind the scenes action. I am still in awe what Tyson, Tana and family have accomplished all on social media. Talented young man that is for sure.

Tyson mentioned that he was going to try to do a small release every month on IG. Is he still planning on doing that for the ones that aren't able to purchase on his first release?

A bunch of heads were just heads with no necks, so it would make sense that you could add this or that neck. (Do not quote me but an assumption)

 

 

However, which ones are coming out..we will all have to find out together..

This past weekend was once again an unbelievable experience, more or less for the off course and out of shop shenanigans. I recommend everyone coming to hang out with us next time Tyson hosts an event, the guys that have never been to one will definitely attest to that.

No the ones coming out this week are pre-made, the putters that are 80% done like the one raffled off in Dallas will have options, cavity stamp, bumper stamps and toe stamping. I believe those are the options that you will have as well as standard headcover. Santo please correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that is what we discussed.

This was my first Tyson event and it was a ton of fun!

 

Im a pretty shy quite dude for the most part. Had a blast talking with the guys, and Tana, talking about everyones collection headcovers, ball markers, putters and stuff like that.Played some fun golf at two very nice courses, was treated so good Tyson and Tana are very friendly, ate some good food and drank some beers just like I would with any friends. Hell Tyson was even giving me golf lessons on the course and after some help from him next shot did what he said and BAM I played great.

 

What a time, cant wait to meet up again.

That is how I heard it. Some putters already have welded necks and those will sell at a certain price point. But as far as I know you can't buy just a head and then decide what kind of neck will be on there. That would be a custom build and these are all prebuilds.

yeah, i’ve got a b2-05 long slant neck which is very nearly face balanced and i love the lack of toe hang. i don’t love the slant though. thanks. hopefully i’ll be able to afford a lamb eventually.

I saw on Tana's IG there were only 50 of the Moe head covers made. Do you know if the new Halloween head cover is going to be made in roughly the same quantity? The way everyone keeps talking about it, I'd love to get my hands on one.
