I'm on my third go around with the LTD... for some reason, I keep coming back to this driver and really want to it work.

 

So I just pulled the trigger on the LTD Black. Hoping this is what puts it over the top vs the M2

I just got this today - looks very very nice if I may say so. (Hope it's OK I posted in "post a pic of your latest purchase" too!)

 

I found I hit the 4-5 much better than the 3-4 - won't see grass for a bit up here in Canada though!

Weight is same but I like the "crack" feel I get with the Hzrdus. Launch a little lower but still a very nice flight to my eyes (indoors ;) )

Preppy have you compared your G fwy to the Cobra? Be keen on your comparison as the LTD, Ping G and 917 have made the final cut. I prefer a heavier shaft like the Tour 80 x you have in your Ping G. Thanks

I haven't had the chance, yet. The Ping does everything well, and the Tour 80 is a wonderful fit for me. We'll see how the LTD works with a 757 or HZRDUS Red, something along those lines.

Love my LTD, but wish the black finish (or even this gray) didn't have that subtle checkering you see in some like. Prefer plain black.

I am a fan of the black/orange combo.

 

The performance and sound of the LTD is very appealing to me.

 

I also like that the standard length is 45". For me, that helps it be super-accurate.

 

With the low-spin design, I hit it longest of the current offerings and can't remember the last time I missed a fairway. Straight, solid, low spin & nice.

Regret getting rid of my ltd 3 wood. That thing is a cannon off the tee and feels great. Wasn't the best from the deck but honestly I have moved to three wood on tight fairways instead of driver and 5 wood into greens

I hardly ever hit a 3 wood off the deck. Use it 90% off tee so it's fine off deck for my needs launches low off deck I like turf interaction good for sweeper I like sound too
