Already quite a few sold on ebay in the $110-130 range...

 

Not really worth it, honestly.

 

Would have cost me $94 to buy it. If I sold it for $110...with 10% going to eBay, 4% going to PayPal, then shipping on top of it? Might break even after putting in a bunch of work and time.

 

I'm only going to be buying to use from now on. Unless it's a Masters cover. Or a stand bag. Those two might be some of the few you can make money flipping.

 

I would agree, tried flipping some in the past and you either come out ahead maybe $10-20 or you end up losing money with the fees they take out. The Masters cover and stand bags are where its at...if you can get one.

 

AND don't want to keep them that is.

they're not anywhere for us to see. only those close to staff members or the man himself may know if they ask him. even that, they don't always advertise the number of covers.

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY SENSE FOR HOW MANY A "TYPICAL" RELEASE IS? THAT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO KNOW. THANKS

 

Was able to place one in my cart after someone dropped theirs.

 

But with tax & shipping...there's no way this thing is worth nearly $100. That's absurd.

 

It will get at least that on the secondary market

 

with how quick this cover went - this cover could fetch a good amount IMO.

Lot more places out there than eBay to sell these and make a profit. eBay has been slowly losing business for Scotty stuff.

Just the stock one under Cameron Creations. They're $12 so I always add one to my orders.

I have a feeling this cover is going to look amazing in person. And it sold out super quick, this is going to be a definite money maker for the flippers, and a beautiful addition to a collection for those of us who keep them. The package as a whole with only 4 items and nothing really super special was a bit weak, but I am a big fan of this cover.

Going to vary based on where you live but in dmv I see upwards of $14 for just a headcover. A buddy in the northeast sees about the same

the only time it favors you on shipping is when purchasing a bag. cost about $13-$18 and no idea why it varies different times.

Has anyone seen the special edition 2019 Hula Girl or the special edition of the Scotty Valentine headcovers? (I don't know exactly know what they are called. Special Edition, limited edition, etc.) If anyone has pictures that would be great! I am looking for pictures of those specifically, but would appreciate pictures of other special edition headcovers. Thanks!

I thought there would be a special of the Valentines but it doesn't appear so. the Hula is strange because there's always a special but haven't seen one in the wild other than the CT version.

I think we misinterpreted the description of the valentine to mean there was a few special ones when actually the description just meant this release as a whole is special because of the pink. im curious about the hula as well

 

sidenote: have never been a seller of covers but I got a set of the tiki headcovers and ended up not really liking them as much in person. Is ebay the best option for selling? any other good/easy options?
