I wonder when Phil is going to need a special exemption from the USGA for the US Open? He needs to win a tournament or stay in the Top 60 to avoid the qualifying route.

 

If he continues to drop, I wonder if they will give him two in a row; one for Winged Foot next year and then for Torrey Pines in 2021? I guess Torrey Pines would be a good spot to end it (has no hope there at this point). Or they could make him sit it out for putting a moving ball in 2018...
