Anyone had any luck getting tickets on Wash Rd at a decent rate? Hoping to get there on Friday and getting lucky!

Bit the bullet for Sat and Sun and purchased both days for 3400. Too good of a price for me to refuse currently!

Yes, on Wednesday we picked up a pair at 10am for 1600 each. 

 

Thursday inventory was extremely limited. We were hoping the earlier rain and wind would help lower the prices, which it did a little but they were still asking 2200 per ticket around 12pm. At 3pm, still wanted 1200 per badge. 

 

Friday prices are astronomical on Wash Rd. We plan to try later afternoon to see if they come back down to earth.

We watched the SH prices closely on Thursday. Kicking myself for not buying the two that were listed for 1350 each (all fees and taxes included) at 1pm. Figured they might drop a couple hundred more with the 2pm deadline, but that was extended and we never saw ticket prices dip that low again. 
 

As of 8am Friday, the going rate to get in today on Wash Rd is $3k

What time on Sunday normally do tickets fall below 1000 (before fees) on SH?

If I want to wait to buy tickets Sunday, with the goal of getting into the gates between 11-noon, are there places near Stub Hub that you can wait at (restaurants or bars) while monitoring for tickets.  And when I get tickets, where would I leave my phone when I go inside the gates?  Thanks in advance

Top photo is the walking path from Stubhub to the South Gate.  Bottom photo is the area around Stubhub.  Stubhub is the Red Pin at the bottom of each, 2633 Oakland Ave.  Looks like there's a shopping center just north of SH with some restaurants:

 

Option #1 - Park your car in the main course parking lot left of the course.  Approach from the south and hope they park you near the South Gate Entrance.  Walk to Stubhub/restaurants and hang out.  Buy ticket, pick up, drop phone at car in main parking lot before going in.

 

Option #2 - Lots of houses will be selling parking right around the SH house, pay the $20 to park near there, easier to drop of phone, and afterwards easier to walk thru the traffic and get to your car and get out of town
