Just found Matt’s new YT channel and watched a few videos. Sounds like he’s going to take it in an interesting direction with topics including but not limited to instruction and equipment reviews.

I have a lot of respect for Matt. He seems like a very likable guy and he's been fairly open about some recent struggles he's had with his mental health. I also like Larry so it's cool to have him showing up on Matt's channel.

I believe Matt's "day job" has always been video production and editing and IIRC that's how he met Ian. He was behind the scenes and it became clear that he and his very repeatable swing would be an asset to the videos. I may have over-extrapolated something they said about this on the channel but that's the way I remember it. They made a good on-screen pairing while it lasted.

Matt has a charity auction going on right now to benefit a new mental health foundation he has started, and a full-bag fitting with Ian is one of the items. That leads me to think that there probably aren't any hard feelings between them.

It wouldn't surprise me if Ian has a non-compete that he's waiting out before doing something new. He and Matt could end up working together again, who knows?

Based on IG it looks like Mac is doing his own golf stuff/content. He’s signed a club deal with TM so it’ll be interesting to see what that does for his career.

No wonder I saw him doing stuff with Trottie from TM.

I like Matt and I'm glad to see him back on the channel to whatever extent he will be. It's also kind of refreshing to see him not have total command over his driver after some time off. He's mortal after all!
