Mizuno wait time?

I ordered JPX 923 HM HL irons yesterday.  Was told 5 weeks.

That's correct, ordered the mp 225's. When I ordered they told me it would take about 5 weeks and I called Golftown last week to get an update as it had been 6 weeks.  They did tell me that orders after the Master's do take longer, so thankfully I ordered mine before then but if I get them this week it will still be 7 weeks from the order date. Hope we both get our clubs soon!

Update: picked up my clubs today, so that puts me at exactly 7 weeks from my order date.

I order my HMPs (not even a forged model) on 4/8/23. I was originally told 2-3 weeks. That eta is now pushed back to 5/17/23 at the earliest!

Just placed an order in London today for 225s at American Golf and the estimated wait time is 8 weeks. During the fitting the Titleist T300 actually felt better to me, but the superficial side of me went with the Mizunos for better aesthetics (and workability).

Hopeully we'll have a long summer here!

Ordered my jpx 923 hmp Easter Monday...was told 2..3 wks.

Called Golftown to check and was told cd be up to another 3 weks yet.

They did however lend me a used set of p790s to use while mine turn up.( Golf courses just opened up this weekend in Saskatchewan ).

Actually, not terrible. My Ping i230's come in tomorrow about 35 days after ordering.

 

Hit'em then take them to someone good for loft and lie check and adjust.

Well crap. I really wish I would have checked this forum before putting my order in. I fell for the 2 weeks quote. Now, that I’m reading through this thread. It sounds like I’ll be lucky if I get them before June.

I will be 3 weeks out this Friday on a custom 230 ST-X driver order. They told me 2-3 weeks when I ordered it. Unfortunately I sprained my ankle over the weekend so I’m likely on the shelf anyway, but will find out how long tomorrow after the doc looks at the MRI. Hopefully not too long and it’s here when I am back out there.

I orederd a single JPX 923 forged 5 iron and it came in two weeks. I am almost at 7 weeks I think...

The S23 gap wedge, order placed on April 3rd has a "mid may" eta. Apparently Mizuno's system was down for over a week in early April and order entry didn't happen.

JPX 923F with Modus 105S shafts shipped exactly 5 weeks after ordering. Now just anxiously awaiting them showing up to my club. Anybody have any clue where most of the orders ship from? I don't have tracking...

From Georgia by UPS. If you sign up for an UPS account it should notify you of deliveries to your address.

I ordered a 923 Hot Metal High Launch with a Recoil SW 780 shaft about 6 weeks ago.   I ordered the 7-iron principally to see how I liked that shaft.  If I do, I am going to order a set of the Hot Metals, a degree or two weak.

 

And if I like them, I may order a short set of 923 Forged later in the summer.

I got an update. As others stated, backlog some systems issue etc. My order is apparently being built and should be out next week - seemed like a standard response filtered through the store I bought from. Nothing very special about my order so hopefully that is the truth.

Good idea, although they're being shipped to my club. BUT, from GA via FedEx is good news for me sitting here in Virginia.

Ahh. Yeah it shouldn’t take too long then. I actually looked one of my last ones up and have to correct and say it was UPS, if that makes any difference. they could use different carriers depending on order though.

On the Mizuno website up on the top blue bar, the message stating "Currently experiencing shipping delays, normal schedules should resume soon" (or something similar - not sure of the exact wording it showed) is no longer displaying. I think we may have survived the waiting and will start seeing our orders finally coming to us in much more reasonable time frames. That they removed that message has to be a good sign!

from the latest posts, yes. no different for singles or sets. 5 weeks seems to be about the norm.

I ordered JPX923 forged on April 14th and still waiting. I put in an order for S23 wedges a week ago, does anyone know if the wedges are going faster than the irons or is it the same wait time?
