Need help from mods. Getting scammed by EsserBroGolf

Paid $700 for TM irons on 11/17/22. EsserBroGolf finally created shipping label on 11/22/22. Never shipped item. Pm’d him on 12/6 he read the pm but will not respond.

So if a member offers to order new product for you (at a substantial discount) how long does Paypal allow you to file a dispute? Say the product is a customer order and takes 4-6 weeks to ship from manufacturer. Would hate to have a problem to only find out i am outside of dispute window.  Goods and services obviously.

Given his history I'd file now and play it out. Even one of his 3 positives is not really a positive other than he issued a partial refund on something he likely didn't disclose damage on

Pretty sure this is against golfwrx  policy.  I believe you can only sell in-hand items.

The feedback is not good so if he rolled the dice he may be screwed.
