My credit card was charged for ordering the Versa Jailbird putter even though it says 3-4 months before it will be processed. Anyone else credit card get charged? Charge has been on credit card for 4 days and not going away

If you bought one double check your order amount and credit/debit card charge. My order confirmation showed no charge for shipping and I distinctly remember shipping being free. My card was charged an extra 9.49. They are refunding the shipping charge after a quick call. Trying to charge a few extra, if they do that on every one that got ordered that would be a significant chunk in their pocket.

Good callout here!  Looks like I’m being charged $8.95 for shipping and it should’ve been free.  Who did you speak to in order to get that credited back?

Just called Cally CS and they are refunding me $9.80 for shipping.  I would encourage everyone else to do the same if you were charged for shipping.  Thanks again to bogeyczar for calling this out.

I preordered with stock specs, but I’d prefer lie angle to be two degrees flat.

I asked CS while I was setting up a return the other day and they said early Sep they will start shipping. No exact date on mine though.
