I play all mine at 38 inch and it’s been a life changer for me.  I ordered the JBs at stock 39 inch to see if that’s any better or worse.  If needed, I’ll just take an inch off.

Yeah most people probably only need an extra 2”-3” than their standard putter length in my experience. Obviously u can always cut down, but that’s a $40 “tour rack” SS grip only available through SS’s website. I just think if they’re gonna charge $400 for a putter that has the same construction/materials as the current Versa putter line, which is only going for $220, then they ought to at least have a few more length offerings 🤷‍♂️

Ordered the new one today …. After that  I called Callaway to see where my 6/28 order is. They said will ship 9/18. So I will have 2 in this month. I have been playing with 37-40 inch 400 gram putters

for years …. Not choking down either …. 
I putted with the Pyramid 35 inch the other day and it was a pleasant change. So I ordered that.  Both ends of the spectrum …

If the Versa JB shows 380 as the weight what is Ricky’s weight since he puts lead tape all over the back?

 

Curious why he did not get the white hot insert since I am sure odyssey would have done that for him.

The one Ricky is using isn’t 380 head weight, it was the lower weight of the original jailbird.  They used lead tape over the sole to bring the weight up to 380.

Rickie started using this putter after his caddy/friend was first using it.  He started messing around with it and then immediately found its way into his bag.  Cally never made this for him at all, total fluke how it got into his bag.

Just be sure to w@h the day your putter is being delivered.  Try intercept it before the carrier rings the doorbell.  I have this drill down pat now🤪

seems like they may have fixed the date on the June jailbird orders.

 

I checked mine just now. says estimated to ship between 9/11-9/15

Mine still shows 3-4 months.  I’ll call these jokers next week to see what the heck is going on.

Mine shows the same 3-4 months. I did call Callaway this past week and the CSR said that mine should ship mid-September.

No, but I wouldn’t worry about it.  I bet preorder will last through this next week before it’s closed down.  I think the MH version was up for a week or so too.

Does odyssey produce any new putters with Microhinge insert? If not does that indicate that the white hot insert is better?

 

if you order the JB with MH insert are you going to cancel it if you placed order for JB with WH insert?
