I say yes, for the lie balanced ones.  But not all Seemores are balanced that way.

LAB putters are zero torque about the lie angle. That's what they mean when they say balanced. The LAB folks have to tweak the mass distribution quite a bit to achieve that kind of balance.

 

Seemore center shafted putters where the shaft is centered both fore and aft as well as front and back are approximately torque balanced about a 90° lie angle (gravity axis).  As far as I know, the Seemore folks do not tweak the mass distribution to achieve this effect. They get it due to uniform materials and design choices.

I own a SeeMore that's been my gamer for 15+ years and they are nothing like a LAB.  They are center shafted but not balanced like a LAB.  My SeeMore still has some toe hang.

 

I will admit that if I ever do stray from my SeeMore a Link.1 will be my first date.  I tried my buddy's Link.1 and it's pretty sweet.

Yes like @ThinkingPlus plus said each LAB putter is weighted and balanced to the lie, length, grip and shaft used. So each putter no matter what is torque balanced on the lie angle. 

 

SeeMore are mostly center shafted and heel shafted putters. They don't do any additional weighting on their heads. They do say for some "Face balanced at impact" but what does that really mean and how do they achieve it? 

 

SeeMore their stand out feature is their alignment. Not saying SeeMore is bad just different tech.

Addionally, Seemore does offer some very nice feel/sound fully milled mallets.  You can choose the neck and toe hang on many aswell. You can also typically add 10-20g of weight internally on ordering. 

 

Best customer service in golf too.  They once sent me a putter in parts so I could throw it together how I prefer. 

 

OP, the tech is not the same.
