Anyone that has used the 2021 Titleist T series irons and moved to the 2023 models who would like to share performance differences?

I looked back at the reviews done on TGW's youtube site and compared the T300's 7i vs the T350 7i and was quite surprised to see that the performance of the 2021 T300's was better in terms of distance, height, and spin.  Just wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing with any of the T series?

I have not hit them.  Here's CoolClubs robot test results:

Visually, they look the same.  Like they just covered up the cavity from the T300 with an insert in the T350 model.

I had the ‘21 T300’s, but went to a Titleist fitting for the new T series irons and was able to hit my current 300’s as well as the new T series to compare. Bottom line for me was that a lighter softer shaft as well as a lie change produced better results, so bought new T350’s as the cost of reshafting, getting the lie adjusted and regripping what I had just didn’t make sense to me opposed to just buying the new clubs set up exactly as I needed. The new clubs did have a much better feel and sound as well.

I just finished comparing the T300's and T350's side by side with the same shafts. (tried a few different ones)

The best shaft with either for me was the Tensei Red. The flight was high and while the spin was maybe a bit too high but then that's not unusual for me as I add spin with my swing. The T300's flew farther on average by about 3-5 yards. A flush strike with the T300 did produce a bit of a flier for me but only about 6 yards more than my average strike. The T350's did not seem to have any discernible hot spot if you will. The T350's were more muted in sound but I would not say they actually felt any softer, they just sounded softer. I actually preferred the sound of the T300 which had a more dynamic crack to hit but that's just a personal preference thing of course. The T350 felt like it had a tad more swing weight with the same shaft when compared to the T300.

The bottom line for me is that value wise the T300 is far above the T350 as I just don't find $400-500 or more dollars difference in them.

(MSRP T300 graphite 5-GW $1099 but look for this to drop soon, MSRP for T350 for same set $1499)

It seems to me that everyone is being fooled by the looks of the t350. Every direct comparison to the t300 seems to indicate that the 350's have a tad less spin, hence a bit more distance. And these results look like they're less forgiving of thin shots as well.

All that for a 25% increase in price. I don't see how these are "far superior" in any way. They're good, but so were the t300's. You're just paying €500 extra for a metal insert.

As far as looks, beauty is in the eye of the beholder I guess because side by side I actually preferred the more classic cavity look of the T300 but this not saying that the T350's are not good looking club because they are.

That said, IMO, all you are paying for with the T350's is a forged face and maybe a couple of other tweaks which improve the sound and some will equate this to feel. From my testing the T300's flew further, spun more and were just more consistent. For all things that mattered to me, it was a no brainer to save the dough ($400 in graphite) and go with the T300's while they are still available.

That's fine with me as just the looks to me is so much better as there was nothing wrong with the T-300 performance. I just couldn't stand the look of the cavity as I know you don't see it at address. The T-350 with the forged face has a better feel to it. Also this is all done by robot testing ...we are not robots as my 7 irons only goes 155 yds. but then again I'm almost 68 too. I haven't played Titleist in almost 10 years and wasn't going for the T-300's so if I was concerned about saving some money I would  have bought some 2-3 previous models of Callaway irons as they also perform nice. No regrets here as I'm very happy with mine

That's the way it appears to me.  They fixed the aesthetics and the sound, but that's about it.  Looks like the T300's are going for discounted prices right now.

Well the T-300 should be discounted now with the T-350's now released. People should jump on the T-300's if the looks don't bother them but make sure you demo them to see which one you prefer as many will chose the T-350's as the play even better than they look and even much better than I expected. I'm not saying they are the best GI irons to date but I'm not going to let some robot testing or some YouTube reviews convince me that they are or are not as I'm very satisfied with my purchase. If you go strictly by that the 23' P 790's or ZX 5MKII's are no improvement over the previous models either. Like most of us we like something new as I know new isn't always better as we have heard this a 1000X but now that I'm back in with the Titleist family I'm only going to believe what I know from my own experience. They may be only small changes but the changes are enough to have me very glad I made the switch. Thank You Titleist

So like is often said, if you were properly fit for T300 two years ago, you will likely not see huge performance gains in the T350.   That said, everything else about the T350 is miles better.  I know Looks, sound and feel are all very subjective, but to me the T350 score a  10/8/8 on those compared to a a 6/3/5 on the T300 versions.  They aren't even close in my personal opinion.

So if you are happy with the performance of the T300 and those 3 fields aren't important to you, you won't likely gain much from switching.  But to me the switch has been huge and I couldn't be happier.

They look just about identical at address.  If you care about how they look in your bag....

The only time that I care about the look is when the club is behind the ball at address.

I went from ‘21 T300’s to T350’s after a fitting showed different shafts then I had in the T300’s really improved my ball flight, and it made more sense cost wise to sell the 300’s and upgrade to the 350’s then to reshaft and regrip the 300’s. That said, I really didn’t like the feel and sound of the longer irons in the 300’s, but the new 350’s feel and sound really nice throughout the set. Super happy I made the switch.
