2024 Driver Release Cycles

Callaway- Yes

Titliest - No - 25?

Ping - No - 25?

that is generally how it goes

Thanks, that’s what I thought. Get lost when things actually launched

 

Got T100S year and then the T150s rolled out. Not sure I’d hit them any better, but like to catch things earlier in the release cycle… helps avoid the chronic buyers remorse / golf consumerism

Very intrigued with where Callaway go with next years woods release. For a few years they rolled with the adjustable epic line in the odd years and then more of a fixed head but different head variants in the even years. Rebirth of the Mavrik maybe like they did with Rogue?!

Happy owner of the G430 LST but will be intrigued to see where Ping take this. They certainly solved feel/acoustics this go around.   I think the only minor critique I could make is  that the 430 ball speed is lacking a few mph compared to TSR, Paradyme and even Aerojet.  Wonder if aping can solve that in the 435 while still maintaining the foregiveness of the 430?

I wouldn’t have thought we’ll see anything til late Oct/Nov at the earliest. The later they leave it, the more potential sales they can squeeze out of the current line!

Makes since but they’ve gotten so predictable it’s also costing them sales. 
 

Im using a demo Paradym 3D to test out end of summer (didn’t think I was in driver market this year) but there is NO WAY I’ll buy it retail this late since I know they’ll release something new soon. I’d be way more likely to buy the TSR3 since I know it’s not about to get replaced. 
 

Gotten to where I only buy woods from Cally from CPO. Just got my 16YO a new Rogue ST fairway in the wrapper for $140. No way anyone could convince me the Paradym is $200 better.

Yeah 100% agree, you might as well wait until the new offerings instead of buying now. Some people will still buy now though if they get fit and it works for them. 
 

I’m in the market for a new 3 wood so will have to check CPO out (it’s not as good here in the UK as you guys get it in the states) to see what they have.

A bunch of posters have stated ping is releasing a new driver in 2025. Similar to how the g400 max came out later than the 400 series, this new driver has no adjustable weight and a carbon crown.

There’s a thread about a Ping 10k driver coming next year, Titleist should be Aug/Sep 24 if it follows 2 years from TSR

Cobra always seem to come out 1st too I look to see Cobra launch 1st then TM followed by Callaway. Here is something I don't understand on the PING 10K thread people are saying they have one and just waiting to have it release as some say they have seen it but no pictures were allowed. Got to be a prototype of some sort as why would they leak something like that if they were not getting released till 25'?

It's a mid cycle launch so it will release in '24. It's an additional model, not a replacement.

Right I saw that as it wasn't mention in the Topic as it just said PING 10K as it's just an addition to the G430 line

The 430 LST has been the best Ping driver yet. I love mine. If they have any improvements I'll be stoked. Easily the best driver I've ever had.
