Screw dropped in TSR fairway head...is it screwed? (Story within)

What Happened?

So, last Friday I was on the range trying out a TSR2 16.5 head that I bought off BST. I noticed something weird going on at impact and upon a closer look, the adapter was not 100% engaged. I'd used the same shaft with my TSi2 3w head so it was definitely a problem with the screw. No biggie, find someone in the shop with one laying around or grab one from my home shed. I went into my club's shop and asked to use their wrench, then the head pro stuck his head out of his office and mentioned he had some replacement screws on his desk.

Here's where everything went wrong: once my pro got the screw out of the FW head, he proceeded to drop the replacement screw IN THE WRONG SIDE OF THE CLUBHEAD. One of the touted features of the TSR2 fairways is an open hosel design, so the damn thing fell straight in. It rattled for a bit and then seemed to stay put in some rat glue. So yeah, my own head pro ruined an essentially brand new fairway wood head. He had a BNIP 16.5 that he refused to give me, only offered to let me use a demo (which was a 15 degree, and he tried to convince me to play it in the shut/lofted up position), and now it's a week later and he said he's "working with the Titleist rep."

So two questions:

1. How pissed should I be at him?

2. Aside from a magnet and coat hanger, does anyone have ideas as to how one could fish that screw out?

1. No need to get pissed, its really on him. Let him work with the rep and get it right. I would leave the head with him and he can figure it out. If the demo is in good shape, keep it until he gets it together.

2. I would leave it with the pro. Once you take charge of trying to fix it, you just owned the problem again.  But, if you wanted to try to fix it, just hit some balls with it to see if you can knock the screw loose. Aside from that, I would leave it on his desk.

I did something dumb once with a TS3 driver and dropped something inside, which became attached like the event horizon of a black hole.  I ended up pouring a chemical MEK inside ( available at your hardware store in the paint department ) to dissolve the factory rat-glue.

But as others have said, let your Pro fix his problem.

No updates. I figured on maybe an update call from my pro by now. Highly doubtful Titleist would get that head and mess with it all over a screw. Getting it out could damage the head even worse. I don't care that much because my prospects to play in the next month are tiny.

If it was my pro shop  that did that and I was the responsible one, I'd at least throw in a sleeve of balls and a towel as a "my bad."

Answers:

1 VERY pissed off at him. He dropped a screw in your head. Ok, no biggie, but the fact that he didn’t either A, fix it or B give you the new head is completely unprofessional and bush league in my book.
2 That rat glue is pretty sticky. Not sure if a magnet that was small enough to fit in the hole would be strong enough to pull it away from the rat glue.

Update 9/18:

No update. If only I could get away with this kind of communication with my clients.

I’ll wait to have an in person convo with the pro on Friday. IMO when this replacement issue goes past the 3 weeks part, they owe me a clubhead from their stock and they can deal with Titleist themselves.

Good luck my man. The guy should handle his business and make this right.

Update 10/4:

New clubhead arrived this morning apparently. Hopefully they sent a 16.5 head and not a 15!!

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
