Adidas Golf 2024

Recommended Posts

I haven’t seen or got access to the SS24 catalog yet.  Hoping someone here has.  It’s usually the is time of year I’ve managed to get a look in the past.

I’ve heard the GO TO range and ultimate 365 range return with TWISTKNIT and TWISTWEAVE technology.  I presume that’s the new heat ready / cold ready lines.

Ive heard a lot of emphasis being put on the GO TO range for clothes on and off the course.  The ultimate 365 much more of a professional on the course look.

not heard much on shoes yet but did hear the tour 360’s return with traditional spikes and a spikeless version.

going to guess ZG23’s remain with a few new colourways.

Yeah I'm eager to see what they do with the Tour 360 given how much of a flop the 2022-2023 versions were, those are on fire sale pretty much everywhere right now. My giant stockpile of the 2018-2020 versions will only last so many decades. 😛

Those Tour 360s were so good. I burned through my last pair thinking they’d never change them, and the next year was just awful. I had a few FJs in the rotation, but I have now moved exclusively to them.

Honestly a real bummer, because those Tour 360s were some of my favorite golf shoes ever made.

There should be a redesign CodeChaos midsole in 2024 too.  For Adidas' top 3 golf shoes, they have been consistently going through 2 year life cycles.  ZG in odd years with CodeChaos and Tour 360 in even years.

Personally, I hope they don't mess around with the CodeChaos too much.  The sole cracking issue of the CodeChaos 2020/21 was fixed with the 2022 version.  I hope they focus more on aesthetics and not ruin the shoe like the Tour 360.  But given the nonsense they did with the CodeChaos midsole with high tops and laceless uppers this year, I don't have much hope.

Planning on stocking up on the CodeChaos 22... just waiting for that year end sale.

I completely agree.  The Tour 360 line was my favorite line of shoes.  The looked nice and were comfortable to walk in.  I'm now wearing some Packard and Field models a vast majority of time that I play or practice.  I was very disappointed in the quality and comfort of the most recent line Tour 360 line of shoes.

There's a new show based on the MC80 platform that has an upper like late 90's/early 2000's adidas golf shoes. Gives off strong vintage Bernhard Langer vibes.

No pics of the CodeChaos 24... hope they didn't cancel it.  I like the look of the Tour 360.  The gap reminds me of the Jordan 34-36.  Boost heel, but the front looks like it's something different.  Maybe LightStrike?  Replaceable spikes is always a plus.  More shoes in the link.  I didn't bother posting as I don't think many would care much about the Solarmotion or S2G.

Looks like they went back to the older design with a little bit of the Adipure mixed in.

Would people agree that in general the 360 line is meant to be more stable than the ZG line? I love the look of the ZG23 and they get phenomenal reviews but last year I had a bit of a right toe injury and it I think was from the repetitive pushing off motion you get with your back foot as you rotate through impact into follow through. So something a little stiffer in the sole might be better for me.

This is awesome, just what I was hoping for. The lace-up version looks very close to the 2018-2020 versions I love and have stockpiled. I'd like to think they fired whomever was responsible for the Tour 360 22 version and decided to go back to what works and people like.

Agreed, they progressively got worse each year after 2018. I just don’t understand why companies feel the need to drastically change a product that doesn’t need it.

Looks like I may be going back to Adidas this next year.  I like how they went back to more of what made the previous models successful.  I do like the FJ premier line, but really miss my 360s at times.

22/23 tour 360’s were just awful.  Rarely hear anything positive about them.

Honestly best shoes I've worn in years, not sure where you're looking but the ONLY negative I've ever hear is that they take some breaking in.  Style aside (which I honestly like than most recent shoes), they're as good as the old Adipures.

I honestly think the Code Chaos is the ugliest lineup of shoes in the industry, and while Tour360 may not appeal to everyone, I think they've actually improved over the years.  Since we no longer get Adipure, which were unquestionably the best shoes they've ever made, the formerly "mid" Tour360 has stepped up, at least in part to fill that gap.
