You know when I was doing "Clear Key" a number of years I had someone tell me that my ball swing looked smoother then my practice swing.  The routine was to make a super mentally focused mechanical practice swing and a completely thoughtless reactive ball swing.  It was awesome when it worked which like anything that I do worked only for a short time. 

 

LOL I never even had the confidence to practice a pick up line...
