I'd say no. A COA is a small thing if it were a real TW putter. And a COA would increase the value considerably. I call it a fake. He realizes it and is trying to do the same as was done to him. What is authentication? - $50? Big deal. What is areal TW putter worth? Thousands.

it's tought but i wouldnt risk it. Sure his ebay rating is good but if you want to check out his past feeback to see what people have said you can't because he made it private so that no one can view it... a little fishy :)

I doesnt look authentic to me. Ask for a picture from top down, tiger always has a small dot for a sight line.

 

No COA no deal, what does the seller have to loose if you offer to pay for the COA.

I'd say it is fake because Tiger never used a sightline on his putters and he had Newport TeI3s in play and no Newport 2s.

In his defence, he doesn't actually claim it was used by the great man, just implies it is some sort of special deal.

I was watching the 1996(?) Amateur with Woods and Kuehne it appeard he was using a TeI3. Someone correct me.

Don't put too much stock into a COA anyways. Those can be printed off of any decent printer.
