Oh I agree. Anna is a great friend of mine and she did play well this year, but not well enough to keep her full card...and like I said, I definitely don't stand a chance against her. That is why I was asking for everyone's help. I have decided to take a step away from competitive golf, so maybe that answers your question?? I burned out that's all and hopefully next year I will have the burning desire for competition again. thanks again for your honest comments.

If Crabby's right (I don't think I've seen the new Sunice catalog yet), sounds like you're getting some modeling work, etc......excellent!! I absolutely hate it when golf catalogs use female models who have no idea how to hold a club.......and the magazine people do nothing to correct the image. Maybe that gets by most people, but it drives me buggy.

I guess I will be the non-kumbaya guy here....but "one of our own"? OK, she posts here. There's 10 of them. 2 in this thread, for a poll that I doubt she went out on any limb for. I don't think these peopel went and asked for volunteers to be in the poll. They simply made up a list, and a bracket and are asking people to vote. She came on here asking people to vote for her. Nothing wrong with that, but let's not call this anything else than what it is.

 

1 post was to push a friend's business in Las Vegas, and another one was to defend herself ina thread titled "worst dressed." The other 6 are in the BB;K thread. So on one hand it is nice she comes on and replies to some people's posts/questions, at the same time it hopefully gets more people watching the show , which benefits her as well.

 

Do I agree with the language the guy used? No, probably could have softened it quite a bit. But if she doesn't want to be called out on something, maybe she shouldn't come on here asking for votes? I'm trying to figure out for whom else's benefit this thread was started ....like I said, there's nothing wrong with her starting this thread, just like there is nothing wrong with someone calling it out. I'd hardly characterize someone who was on BB and has done modeling as "going out on a limb" in some hottest athlete's poll.

I've got to agree to the above. She golfs, was on Big Break, and therefore gets a little involvement here. While modeling on the side (which she looks great IMO). But going out on a limb is quite a bit off I'd say.

Hello again all...

Voting for my bracket begins tomorrow. I am a Wild (Card) Girl. I was asked to do this via my sports agent and the blog writer and creator of this contest is doing it with conjunction with Sports Illustrated. I honestly don't think I get anything out of winning it...haha....

 

I am taking a step away from golf just like Misty May was doing dancing with the stars and is taking a step away from her sport...or even Jason Taylor last year. Tiger is taking the year off, but would you not consider him an athlete? Between my burning out and my horrible wrist problem, which I will probably have surgery for, I am still playing in outings around the country, I am just trying to enjoy life. I simply stated to ask everyone to vote, if they like...and I appreciate all the positive feedback I have got. As for pointy elbows? haha I have big legs and arms and I am not gonna lie that photo of me in the pink dress was photoshop'ed a little...gotta love photoshop!
