Too many reasons to want to have that baby! Jason Gore is a great golfer, and like all the cobra staffers i consider them "my boys" when watching, because i too have a Cobra driver and will not switch for a long time!! Being relatively new to golf, it's very rare that I find a thread on this forum where I feel that I have something worthwhile to contribute. I spend most of my time reading and this site has proven invaluable. Thank you for the opportunity that you are presenting! Prior to reading this thread, concerns regarding my game have been focused upon my talent level, and improving it. I have been working very hard on my game and improving rapidly, to the point that I am equally confident with any of the clubs in my bag, including my driver.

 

This thread has since changed my outlook. Since reading this thread, I believe that my current driver is inadequate and my confidence with it has since declined. Since confidence is so important when addressing the ball, it is imperative that it be restored. Now, the best way to accomplish this is to replace my driver with Jason Gore’s Cobra S 9-1.

Gore has been one of my favorite players for a long time. I remember sitting at my grandfathers house, the first time i ever really watched golf, and watching Jason Gore play in the final pairing on Sunday. I wish I could remember the name of the tournament, but I can't remember for some reason. Regardless, it was awesome because my grandfather taught me a lot about golf in the mean time and I was watching Jason Gore the entire time.

 

So I guess in short I think it would be cool to have a club from a player who i idolized as i learned the game of golf.

The first driver I ever had was an older, steel shafted offsset King Cobra. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing a Cobra back in the bag again. Especially one with a backround like this. It would be a nice conversation starter on the tee box. The look of the club as a whole is very slick as well.

 

Plus, who doesn't like new toys :)
