Calvin, you havent played in over a month? Damn! How's the new living situation?[/quote]

Just settled in the new apartment and then bought a house!!! They're still building it and it's just been pretty busy with stuffs like picking out cabinets, counter tops, shopping for furnitures etc. Golf has really taken the backseat.

Looked like all of you guys has lowered your handicaps, I think I'd be very happy to just break 80. :black eye:

Congrats on the house Calvin, how is bed bath and beyond these days? :cheesy: If you want to get out this weekend I think Medicaptain and myself will be out playing somewhere maybe Vista Verde again. Oh and its pretty easy to lower the cap when your out of work and waiting for the new job to start. Now that I am working again the hard part is keeping it where it is or getting better.

Its good to see some new names to go along with the guys that played in the first one. As of right now Grayhawk is looking like it might be the best bet pricewise and value, once I get some more responses from the courses I will add the poll hopefully by the end of the week.

+1 on the desert. even after 5 years of living here in the phx area, I still can't get used to desert golf. I guess I'll have to drop a wedge for a "desert club".

I look forward to meeting fellow WRXers

Same here man, born and raised in AZ and I cant stand desert golf for the most part. I see rocks and desert brush all day around the valley, I welcome a change out on the course.

Are you drawing 4 somes at random again?

It'd be nice to be paired up with other smokers lol.

Or maybe if anyone doesnt want to play with smokers, state it here?

I am going to stop by Grayhawk on my way home today and try to get it lined up. Since I am kinda short noticing this one I am going to skip the poll and just get it set up. As far as pairings go i will prob set it up by pairing players by the tee boxes they want to play unless everyone wants to play tips. Was hoping to get some more players this time but I will set it up for some leway to add players as we go.

Don't care about the smoking issue... I only care when I get smoked!!! Also any tees will do, thou I do like to stretch it out. Last... bring on Grayhawk, live it, love it, want more of it.

Well here's my $0.02...

Fore Life mentioned it to me earlier. It would be nice meeting some fellow WRX'ers as well as Phoenicians!

I played Grayhawk Wednesday (7/29) and uggghhhhhhhhhhh.......... is all I have to say. The greens were horrible! Little bowling alleys as I like to call them! I'm sure they will be sweet when the time comes but they were pretty bad...

It would be nice to play a NON desert course for once! Haha!

But I think I'd be in gentlemen! Sounds like fun! Whatever works for everyone, works for me!!! Need to get the new irons here VERY soon... ;)
