Beginning my try at duplicating Hogan's Swing

You have either the choice to fit a club to mask a flaw...or fit a club to the swing you eventually want to make when all is going well. So that when you start swinging that way you'll know because your shots will be flying properly. With standard gear if you swing it like hogan you will hit it way left.

Since you wanna swing it like hogan more or less...you gotta have similar specs....big jugs or no. You gotta man up and bend them flat and make them heavy!

Curious question to all you clubmakers/clubfitters out there...(and you gotta use your imagination here)

Lets say a guy came to you that was a professional slicer, but SliceFixer had retired. If he hit 100 balls with his driver and all of them curved 100yds to the right of his target and landed within a perfect hulahoop circle.

Couldn't you bendy-twisty his club so the hulahoop landing zone would move a little to the left? And then twerk and work that metal some more and move that hulahoop even more left? His club might look like an erector set when you finished.

No sir. I will never wear his hat. White ivy cap should be retired, like a NFL jersey. Kind of my way of respecting the legacy. My hats will be all colors except the white one.

100 yard slice would be quite vicious...but ya to a degree you'd be able to min that curve with club tweaks. Say 10 yards you make it 5 yards or something. All to a degree.

Left bicep/Left pec. They fight throughout the takeaway, upswing, and transition.
Bicep says in an Arnold accent, "hey! Why the freak are you all up against me beeee-aaach!?!"
Pec says in a Stallone accent, "aayeeeee......yo! You want a piece o me?!? Don't try me. All I gotta do is flex and I'll have you off of me within seconds.........and i'll destroy this dudes golf swing in the process. He shoulda stuck with bodybuilding."

It's funny because Hogan said the right forefinger and thumb, the pincer fingers, are death for the golfswing. Looks like for you the 'pincer muscles' take Hogan to another level. Haha. Hogan swing project and his rogue breastasis muscles.

Lol, this is one of my favs man!! But my all-time favorite is a black newsboy, but it is suuuuuuuuper wide. Donny Hathaway style. And of course Kim hates when I wear it. From the rear, looks like I have a mushroom pouring off the sides of my head.

You're losing sight of the goal - your preferences don't matter. If Hogan had swung with that thing on, even he wouldn't have looked like Hogan.

As you are shallowing club in transition...I'm doing this by actually turning the grip in my light fingers in my transition..,almost like I'm barely holding onto the club and just worrying about twirling the grip,

Understood. I'll remember that once I get to the transition. Right now more 9 to finish. Trying not to go too far past 9 or 10 right now.
