For what it's worth, from looking at your product pages I would probably fit into the Ci11 irons, 3-PW, with FG Tour wedges in 50, 54 and 58. All S300, +1/2", std lie.

What I wanted, Wilson Staff didn't make....
In 1994, I wrote a letter to then Wilson president Jan Thompson, specifically asking her if the type of irons and wedges I wanted could be made in a LH model- All I wanted was the '69 Dynapower iron remakes, and the '58 SW.
Wilson returned my letter with a phone call from Larry Joseflowicz, who told me they didn't remake the irons and Sand Wedges in a LH model "not that they couldn't, just they weren't going to..."
Sorry.
So... I had to acquire the actual LH models from the years they were made.
I even have the W/S Dynapower buttons for the Dynapower buttonback irons, courtesy of John McGeough.
Have acquired most of the LH W/S Dynapower iron models you made, starting from 1959.
Here is the '59-60 W/S LH Sand Wedge model from that year...complete with SDP stamp

My 1st set of adult clubs were Wilson Staff's, given to me by my uncle for my birthday, a journeyman pro on the PGA tour back in the day. Played with them for years. Stolen out of the back of my trunk. The first day I moved into NYC, I turned my back on my car for literally 2 minutes with the trunk open in NYC and dropped 2 bags inside the lobby door of my apartment building. Whoosh! They were gone. Wilson no longer made them so I replaced them with something else. Best clubs I ever owned. I am ready to change irons and would love to have another set of hi-caliber Wilson's irons in my bag. Here are my results:
