Just wanted to mention that I had an enjoyable time playing a round @RK w/Xsfspeed & King Ho' last month during a trip back home. My score sucked, but I didn't come to play golf, it was more for the camaraderie...lol!! It felt like old times w/fellow Hawaii GolfWRXer's. Much aloha guys!!

Camaraderie! I think that was the saying for the day! I know I sucked it up pretty awful. But you're right..was there for the company..not the round. Nice playing with you too...don't be a f-ing stranger for three years again!

I could attempt another if we got more feedback from guys interested. The last attempt was so poor we figured getting together at a golf shop where there was less of an intimidation factor might help. That turn out was better but many guys didn't stick around long enough to eat a hamburger or shoot the sh!t.

So with that said...anyone interested..post here. If we don't get at least 20 people interested then I can't see it happening for awhile.

Great playing with Rok, Mach1 and Mauiatheart today. Hopefully it'll be a nice day tomorrow as we finish up our 36 hole "tournament". For all the other Hawaii Gwrxer's...we all met at an outing years ago..and have since become a regular group playing weekly. One of the great results of having a GolfWRX outing.

Well the 1st Annual P.I.G. club 36 hole tournament ended today. P.I.G..Pro Impact Golf said with a HUUUUGGGGEEEE tongue in cheek...as it started off as an inside joke. :D

 

Team Mach1 & pitbull808 won over mauiatheart and rok78. :yahoo: Thank goodness for a fine back 9 of -1 by Mach1 today which included a total clutch putt on 18! :yes:

 

Medalist- pitbull808 :bb2: :cheesy:..thank you guys for playing crappy enough to keep me in there after day 1. Very nice to have rok78 back for two rounds. Hopefully your baby will grow up faster and your wife allows you to come play more often soon! :drinks:

Actually got out to play 9 holes at Kahuku today. That course wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, greens were slow and bumpy but not as bad as I had imagined it. The views were great and it was fun to mess around. I don't know if it's worth the gas money to drive out there, but it's great for the greens fee and I would play it again if I were in the area.

Dannnnngggg Rick. Is that the only way you can golf now...go all the way out to Kahuku to hide from your wife???!!! What in the world made you go there? The last time I played 18 there was when I was 10 years old and I had no choice..it was where they sent us 8-10 year old junior golfers! I remember they let us lift/clean/cheat and we'd put our balls on a weed so we'd not be hitting off sand in the fairways!
