so Daly is divorcing again.. No big surprise. I hope his friends and family watch out for him though. It is incredible the ups and downs the he goes through. I love him for begin a regular guy but hate him for throwing away such talent.

Well, optimistically speaking maybe now he can focus on golf and get some of his game back. John if you title a chapter in a book with, "All My Exes Wear Rolexes" then you ought to know better than to even think of those dreaded two words again. I do. :)

I am sure that it will affect him here at first, but after everything is said and done hopefully he will be able to focus on golf more and play better.

Since getting married involves obtaining a license, there should be some requirements other than a pulse. It's pretty sad when someone has been married more times than they've worked out in a gym. Poor JD. I guess there will be some hot Hooters girl waiting for him at the next tour stop.

Hot wings N' Hooters N' Ice Cold Beers are some of Johns favorites. He has to learn to leave all them at the store when he's finished with them and quit taking them home with him. :)

Same thing will happen as last time. If he hasn't already, he will likely meet another groupie at his next event and marry her as well within 3 weeks time. Sorry to say but I have no sympathy for him. Sure he is a great guy but man, how dumb can you be? You know how popular you are and obviously the women know you have money. He just needs to be just a little precautious going in to things like this. Truthfully, how many women do you know that enjoy a man who smokes at least 2 packs of Marlboro reds a day and drinks a case of diet cokes a day? Everything there says heart attack within the next few years. The women that are attracted to him are the "Anna Nicole Smiths" just looking for a fat divorce settlement. I say stay away from them and focus on your game and kids. I have been seperated since February and let me tell you, golf has never been more fun in my life. No pressures or "When are you going to be home" or "When can we have our "We" time". My wife never liked golf and never will and likes to attribute most of our problems to Golf.

John, if you hear me "Seize the Day brother"! Get on with golf and leave the distractions alone for a year and see where you are at then. JMO.

what doi say about jd... i used to be a huge fan of him.. after watching him battle his demons. but then i saw the Daly planet and he was sitting next to a country star and they were talking about how to release his album and he asked the country star what the next step was and he replied " well it's not the 12 step as he took a gulp of a beer... i just watched that and felt so bad for him as he still has a long way to go.. there is no dobt huge crowd draw, amazing talent and tossing it way.. i still root for him but more for him to face and beat his drinking issues.. im not trying to call the kettle black but when i drink it doesnt effect my job or my personal life.. when and if he gets it under control he will start winning again...

I hope all of you people that criticized JD realize your about to get flamed and called a Davis Love III disciple and a hypocrite and get asked assinine questions like "so you've never made a mistake?" or "you don't have anything in your life you are not proud of?". I agree with all of the comments, but sadly most on here do not.

 

I mildly criticized the "Daly Planet" last spring and got some pretty hate filled PM's - I'm just letting you all know it's coming. Have a good evening.

daly's act is getting old...i'd like to see him play well again, but it's up to him and if he's not going to make the effort to be top notch, he'll lose my support big time...

Everything evens out it always done, and the old saying, "What goes around, comes around," certainly stands true with big JD. I wish him the best however as everyone deserves to be happy and live an enjoyable life.

It seems like most everything John does is self-destructive. He's not the first "wild one" on tour and he won't be the last, but I'm afraid John may be one of those guys who just runs himself into the ground.
