That was hilarious. I am so happy I have that tivo'ed. My wife is gonna laugh when she catches that. It clearly wasn't him, but rather in the gallery to his right, but man that person had to be right next to the microphone, because that was clear as crystal.

The best part was one of the announcers before that had just said (while commenting about releasing the clubhead) "You just gotta relax and let it go"..it was too bad it was separated by about 30 secs. or it would have been the best unintentional comedy I had seen (heard) in a while.

i say it was the "sound/mic" guy. it was pretty loud and he's the closest to the mic.

18th, Tiger getting ready to hit 2nd. He had it all wrapped up and was in relaxation mode. I wonder about his reaction to the fart if he was one down. It was a loud one.

Im very comfortable telling you that the fart was indeed Tiger. He farted, he was suprised it was that loud, Stevie looking towards crowd was him saying to Feherty (or whoever was standing there that they knew) "can you believe he just did that?" Think about this, Tiger just walked from 17 green to 18 tee box without blinking, he doesnt shake a hand, look at anyone, or do anything that a robot wouldnt do. WHY would he look into the gallery at someone who FARTED?!!! Tiger wouldnt be distracted by an old lady farting! HE FARTED!! So did I!

Are you saying you witnessed this first hand?

The volume of the fart was unreal, which makes me believe it was Feherty (besides hearing some other 2nd hand stories about Feherty). We couldn't hear Tiger talking, but we could hear his fart loud and clear?

It was the guy carrying the microphone for CBS that was off to the right of Steve and Tiger. I love all the morning talk show hosts analyzing Tiger's leg stretching (right ankle from the looks of it) as an indication he did it. But the video doesn't match the audio if it was Tiger doing it, but it makes for a great YUK.. The CBS announcers were great straight men talking about Tiger working on his "release" just before the guy let loose..

I don't think it's entirely impossible that one of those parabolic microphones was in use. It doesn't really matter to me, but Tiger sure looked like a guilty man. More scanning to see who heard instead of who did it, not that I've ever done that

It was really loud as if it was by the mic. But also a split second after it happened i thought Tiger was lowering his leg, as if he had raised it to release a fart. I'll check my DVR tonight to see if i can confirm this. The way Tiger and Steve were laughing it couldn't have been a fake fart, it had to be one of them as they were both looking at each other laughing, and not into the crowd or at someone else who commited the act.
