What new clubs will you be using in summer of 2007?

Just got a G5.

Probaly a new 54/56 wedge.

Possibly a jat or tour cameron.

well, summer is almost over here, but I've had the following new additions:-

 

905R 9.5 deg Accra SC75 M4 - lasted 2 months

905S 8.5 Graf Blue S - back to old faithful

585H 19deg with DGS300 - was worth the wait

DCI 762 3-PW with DGS300 - the perfect compromise set.

 

Next summer, I'll be on the lookout for a 907D2 if I can find a shaft combo that works as well as the 905S & Graf Blue.

Just ordered a set of Ping S58's last weekend. Hopefully they'll play as well as they did when I demo'd them.

Made a set of Raven TM102i at the end of last season that will get some love for this year. I don't know how I played offset irons all my life!!!

 

Gonna put a 5 wood in the bag, drop a 21* rescue, and reshaft my "baby cut" 3 wood from a UST Tour Reserve 75 in R flex to a V2 stiff or maybe a "nanotube" shaft. Oh yeah, old Ping Answer going back in!!!

Cool irons! I played a set for 6-8 months and they were as good as anything on the market. Just this month I faced up to the reality that I am better off with cavity-back irons. Good luck with them!

I just got a 13* 906 and a 18* Idea Pro... Along with a new set of CG10 wedges: 52 and 58. Hoping to add a new set of irons to the bag also.. possibly some 695's

I got irons off the used rack in almost perfect condition for $150! Hopefully I can get a 2 iron hybrid and a 58* wedge.

What do you think of the 2 bar? It seems like some people absolutely swear by it and others swear at it. The geometry behind it makes sense, but it's how it works on the course that counts. What's your experience been like with it?

I hope to get a new 906f2 w/ V2 and i really just want to try the 907d1 w/ V2

As always, I might decide at ANY moment that I need something new but for know I'm lying to myself that I don't need anything at all.

 

However.... I just bought a Titleist 585.H to hit some higher shots into the greens from distance this summer. Atleast that's what I told myself I bought it for. It was more than likely because I just got paid though!
