I had an RXV (burned up in a shed fire a couple weeks ago). I loved that cart, very fast and a good ride. I also liked how the inside was configured. I had a cd/mp3 player installed just above the cup holders and 2 speakers by my feet under the seats. Also had some good tires and rims installed to speed it up a bit. I think mine went about 22/23 mph but I know some club cars can get to near 30.

I replaced it with a TXT freedom. I have 2 USB outlets in it and just plug my phone and bluetooth speaker in there so its less of a hassle. The new TXT carts have some good speed too. I will eventually put tires/rims on this one as well but its a good cart.

I really dont think you can wrong with any of them..EZ Go, Club Car, or even Yamaha. All the courses down here use one of these three brands and they are all fine.

I have friends at other courses and most of them have EZ Go carts, either TXT or RXV carts. Just about all of them have the same speaker set up as Wardonation above. If you do decide to put speakers in, do not mount them above your head. I did this in an old cart and it didnt matter how low the volume was, I couldnt hear anyone talking to me.

Like others have said it really seems like all the brands out there build a solid cart. Might want tot look around at the accessories for each of them if you are thinking of building one up as that might help your decision.

We decided to go a different route this time and picked up an older 4 wheeled Harley Davidson cart and are going to build that out for a bit of a more unique look and design. Plus I have a soft spot for that older style with the lay down bag holder.

I sweat profusely, so last year I tried something. I hung 5 gloves up and rotated gloves after every shot trying to see if I could keep a dry glove in use. Worked but was more of a pain so it was short lived.

Now I rotate two. And on bad days I use a rain glove

Wow guys!... I'm impressed and JEALOUS all at the same time. If I ever had the opportunity (financially, location, golf course), I'd be afraid to take it far and be going a bit extravagant as some of u guys have done.
