Custom Stamping Suggestions

I am refinishing a set of irons and going to make them blank heads in a really satin look. I wanting to make them truly unique and stamp something on them. Problem is I can’t think of anything cool stamp on them.

Suggestions so far from friends:

social security number (I hope they were kidding)random s** positions (this might actually be funny)Jordan logo stamp (can’t find one so it might have to be custom made)snow effect

As you can see I need some suggestions. What would you stamp on your clubs?

Tossing ideas out for fun. Different stamps on each within a theme, such as:

Cities in your state

Sodas (Pepsi, Mt Dew, Dr Pepper, etc)

Ice cream flavors

That’s all I got.

If you're stamping the whole set, it might be funny to do athletes who's jersey numbers are the same as either the loft or iron number. Pick your sport/team or switch it up through the set. Make them super obscure if you're deep into one team.

Just an idea, prob have to be a hardcore sports fan though, lol.

The one you posted looks sick, by the way. Cool idea and the execution looks even better, so far. Can't wait to see the rest of the set. Make sure to update when it's complete!

Random names. Fred, Bob, Steve, etc.

Names of famous golfers

Spell out the number of each iron in a different language.

Famous movie characters or nicknames.

Or, all the call signs from Top Gun. Maverick, Goose, Iceman, Jester, Viper, Charlie, Merlin, Wolfman, Cougar, Hollywood, Stinger, Sundown. (had to look some of those up)

Phrases that are aggressive responses to "What club are you going to hit?"

Why do you care

Want to measure d*cks too

One less than you

Whatever I want

It is a secret

I do not know

8-iron (on your 4-iron)

That is 2 strokes

Piggybacking off the response above, "*insert yardage here* club"

For a 160 yard shot:

Friend: "what are you hitting"

You: My '160 yard club'....

How about the club number expressed in binary?

Did you weld up the lettering then grind down? They look great, faces cleaned up nicely too.

For the stamping, did you leave the numbers on the soles? I could see stamping "FIVE" "SIX" "SEVEN" and so on. Or name them like old hickories, mashie, niblick, mid iron, ect.
