To answer your question, yes, I watched some of it this morning.

True fans of LPGA are certainly aware and watching.

Honestly, I had no idea. Is it wrong that I was turned off by the Evian Masters and too many foreigners on the leader board? If a top American isn't in contention I'm not watching.

The rounds are being shown late morning on TNT. My wife forgot to record yesterday's round for me but I'll be watching today's round this evening. I've been keeping up using the leaderboard on LPGA.com. Lots of + scores just like the mens.

been watching it all morning (in the UK) i love the commentary.

In short, peter A said no woman has a good short game and also that gulbis was the sort of girl you would take home to your mum only if you could trust your dad.

Hard to believe that ESPN would give the nod to skateboarding over an LPGA major. Sad. What's worse is the message it conveys about the lady pros.

It's easy to understand, despite golf being very popular there aren't enough good women golfers whose names mean anything to mainstream America. Last night you got to watch Carmicael, McGrath, and Stewart. I watched the replay of the PGA tour on the Golf Channel, but it's easy to understand why the LPGA got relegated.

I've watched it all, and will contimue to do so. As a golf
fan I watch all the tours on TV. And I like the Brirish broadcasts
mainly Renton and Peter. A. (all time #1)

TNT had the coverage of all three British opens (Regular, Senior and ladies). It has been bar none the worst golf coverage I have ever seen, in all three.

They spend 1/2 the telecast chatting with people from the R&A, 1/4 of it at commercial, 1/8 of it showing me the people that are announcing and periodically I see a golf swing, I never see the result of the shot, because apparently the cameramen don't bother following the shot or even really trying. I actually saw a cameraman while the feed was going lower the camera to the ground. WTF? Who are the producers for this, terribad.

TNT isn't doing to filming. They pick up the BBC feed.

Well that explains the camera work, but it doesn't explain the announcing and flat refusal to actually show the golf for the majority of the telecasts. I assume they are still producing their show just using the BBC's camera feeds. I can't stand watching an interview then hearing.."X just birdied #13". Maybe show me a golfer actually playing instead of a constant view of talking heads talking.
