Graphite Design Tour Ad BB

I just wanted to share a little bit about the Graphite Design tour ad BB Shaft. I am just an unbiased shaft junkie, and I had the opportunity to try out this shaft, and I have found it to be one of the best performers for me. I think that this shaft is going to be replacing tour ad DI's left and right. Many, including my self found the DI to launch and spin too much. Well not the case with the BB. aka "Blue Bullet". This has already found its way to the bag of Ryo Ishikawa. The "Blue Bullet" spins much less (about 400-500 rpm less) than the DI, and still has an exceptional feel. I was able to hit it high, low, left and right, it pretty much does what you want it to do. Really, one of my favorite shafts to date. I tested this shaft on the course, practice tee, and trackman, and I don't want to post yardage numbers, but I was getting an extra 10-20 yards of roll with this shaft compared to the DI! The graphics look really cool too, I don't know if you can see it in the picture, but if you look close, its kinda like a pearlized white and the blue and silver almost seem to sparkle.

I am going to throw it out there already....Definately a contender for shaft of the year. Cheers Wrxers!

Sweet looking shaft for sure. I wish I had the bunce to purchase one.

This one sounds more on the lines of closer to the PX shafts.

Can you compare the launch of this vs the DI ??? Does it launch significantly lower?

I had my Tour AD BB 6x come in yesterday. I also have a tour issue SuperFast 2.0 head coming in tomorrow. I will do a full review after I get some reps in. The shaft does look awesome. The paint job is sick!

IMO it is really more of a shaft that works for both! it is a shaft that will provide lower launch and spin than the DI. If that is something that will help your fairway wood game, then i would go for it! FWIW I am really liking it in the driver, and may put one in a new 910F or Fd.

Seems like this would be a great 3 wood shaft for guys that like DI in the driver. At least for me, I like DI in the driver to get the ball up, but keep the spin down. That's not really what I like in a 3 wood shaft, however. Seems like this would keep it lower with even lower spin, which, in the right hands, could produce a lower launching, really hot (and tight) 3 wood.

I have the DI in my 910F and love it, but it spun too much in my driver. Can you compare the flight characteristics to the Motore Speeder .2s if possible. That shaft increased my roll by a good 15 yards at least, but can be a little low at times for me. Also, is this available from Titleist for the 910's?

Who has these available right now?

The BB 7x launched on average 1.5 degrees lower for me, and had about 450 less Rpm of spin than the DI7x.

I cant really compare them in a fairway. I have a TS 7.2x in a driver shaft as well, on the course the TS seems to launch a tad higher for me (which can get me into trouble), but the BB was just more controllable for me and launched a little lower. And depending on where I hit the face, either was longer. I will say that when I played the BB the other day, I posted a really good sub par round.

Thanks. I think I'm gonna order this and a Fubuki K. Totally different shafts, but I want to his both. Don't mind a higher ball flight as long as spin stays low and is penetrating. I think the regular Motore Speeder .2s launch lower that the Tour Spec ones right cause the TS is supposed to launch a higher with low spin? Anyways, if Titty has these in my wallet and wife will hate you.

Has anyone got anymore more play with this shaft?
