BTW, what dialect does the caddy of Ross Fisher speak? Sounds not at all "Oxford" or "BBC" but still very easy to grasp.

We just need to avoid picking westwood and hope not to have tons of out of form pkayers like last time and it will be close...

You can't have a weak team with the likes of mcilroy, rose, stenson, fleetwood, pieters, Cabrera bello, Garcia, rahm, levy, wiesberger, casey,Fitzpatrick, I don't count Fisher,hatton olesen out + surely a late invite coming in to form at the right time..luckily there are 4 picks and Bjorn won't make the mistakes clarke made.

 

Bjorn will make the same mistakes, all the older Europeans lean the same way. It is highly likely that he'll include Westwood (the next RC captain) and Poulter. I'd have Fleetwood and Hatton over those two. It's one of the things we do wrong, just can't shake the old guard.

I haven't heard him but I only live a few roads away from Ross Fisher and if his caddie is from a similar area his accent would be called a Home Counties accent.

I would be fairly surprised if Hatton and Fleetwood didn't qualify automatically. Hatton peaked at the right time for Ryder Cup points, he won the Dunhill Links and the Rolex Series Italian Open not long after the qualifying process started. He has a lot of points there for others to overtake him. Fleetwood has just won here, and will surely be on the team automatically as well.

I recorded the final round and just finished watching it. Great to see Tommy win. I was also impressed with how well Rory played, given his long lay off.

If Bhorn is not managed by Chubby there is no reason for him to behave as Clarke. I know the US team would love that though ;)
