I thought the MP18 was on the larger size before

I'm definitely not sure on measurements for the whole sets of blades but maybe I should have said the scoring irons have had this trend. The mp4, and mp18 have better looking, more compact scoring irons than the mp69 and mp5. I do know that the mp4 and mp5 long irons looked nearly identical at address. I had them both at the same time.

-Taylormade BRNR 11.5* set at 9.5* Ventus Red TR 7X playing 44.25”
-Mizuno STz 230 hybrid 16* set at 15* Ventus Blue 8X

-Mizuno STz 230 hybrid 19* Ventus Blue 9X

-Mizuno JPX 923 Forged4&5, Tour 6-PW Project X LS 6.5
-Titleist Vokey SM9 50F set to 51*, 56D, & 62M set to 61*

-Mizuno M-Craft OMOI Type 1 Blue Putter

Same. They discontinued the sc18 because they said it didn’t offer more forgiveness than the mp18. Since there’s an SC20 a more compact blade would’ve been nice. Fix the ugly pitching wedge and make the option to have a fully copper head without playing an option. I’d pay good money for that. A squarer tow would be nice too.

I’m with you on a more square grind in the toe. Ever seen the Yoro Craft MP5 on Tour Spec? They look impossibly difficult to play but the profile of them is beautiful.

Any idea how the T20 lineup stacks up? What original wedge loft molds does Mizuno use?

Hi there, yes the new **T20** would be as follows:

_**Standard Bevel**_

45-05 **46-06** 47-07 48-08

49-06 50-07 **51-08** 52-09 53-10

**_Subtle 'M' Grind_**

54-12 55-13 **56-14** 57-15 58-16

56-06 57-07 **58-08** 59-09 60-10

**_Aggressive 'C' Grind_**

54-08 55-09 **56-10** 57-11 58-12

58-04 59-05 **60-06** 61-07 62-08

This is my own (& others) personal opinion, you can take the following online quote (with regards to the **T7** range) with a pinch of salt, especially with Mizuno's above pre-chosen grind & loft/bounce configurations. For example, you don't get to choose the grind & loft/bounce you may want.

**Further to my post above #913**

The images below confirm my comment that these are indeed the six 'Original' loft/bounce options, prior to being bent by Mizuno 1° or even 2° to your desired loft/bounce (as long as it is one of the 29 that they offer) then re-badged by them.

Thanks a lot for the info. And this confirms my worries. Mizuno still sucks when it comes to wedges. Their PW is 46*, so naturally I want 50, 54, 58/59. But my 58 will have minimal offset, 50 will have some offset, and 54 will have game improvement offset.

This is completely unacceptable IMO, and for those reasons Mizuno wedges are out yet again for me. What a shame. Mizuno player my whole life, but had to ditch wedges when I got below 5 handicap. The inconsistent offset started bothering me a lot.

That said, I am still on the fence whether to order mp 20s. My mp 4s are just so good.

While I understand the idea behind it, it does seem a bit strange for mizuno to take the easy route on this.
