Tour BRX and 2019 pro v1

I play both balls right now....cant find good data, but what is the consensus on driver and long iron spin between the two? I would stick with BRX if 2019 pro v1 had more spin on long iron and driver spin. which is my concern.

I'd wait until October. That's when Titleist will release their new Pro V1. It's a brand new model separate from the X and regular Pro V1. It's called the Pro V1 Left Dash and it will be the lowest spinning, lowest launching, and longest ball on the market.

Titleist AVX with firmer compression is what this sounds like.

Tour B RX isn't really a direct comparison to the V1... The Tour BXS (NOT RXS) is a better comparison.

The B RX is closer to an AVX. They are both soft, urethane balls with decent spin on full wedges/long pitches, but lacking drop and stop green side spin.

Meanwhile the V1 is a genuine tour ball that is firmer than the AVX (and B RX) that has drop and stop green side spin and will also spin more on all clubs when compared to the Tour B RX.

The RX and RXS are the bridgestone pseudo tour balls, where the Tour BX and XS are the real deal that you see Tiger and others playing.

Not saying the RX and RXS aren't good balls. I found one the other day and played it well for 9 holes, albeit with soft greens, but they simply lack the mid-iron and green side spin of the V1/V1x/BX/BXS.

thanks, yeah even though the 2019 pro v1 is supposedly lower spin, i just dont feel confident standing over like the BRX....i feel I can just swing a way with the BRX, lot has to do with the fact I am a mid handi :)

The V1 is the lower spin of the two "Genuine Tour Balls" titleist offers. Try an AVX... I like it over the BRX and they are very similar.
