Tom retired years ago so who is designing these?

I know he sold out to a company in England. Is he still involved?

Tom is semi retired. The company is managed by Diamond Golf International in the UK now. It's in good hands and well run. Tom is still very involved. There are some really interesting designs hopefully out next spring. And also a new version of the shaft profile database is hopefully coming too.

I think with the management of Wishing golf taken care of by CGI now Tom has more time to design clubs.

Thats correct, so TOM is still in, and still visit this forum from time to time, and i hope he will share some more info about this head, especially the characteristics he wanted to achieve with the design, and specs like VCOG and RCOG. I can only guess that he made the hosel bendable for face angle and lie since its not a screw shaft connection here.
I still play the Wishon 919 THI as my all time favorite driver, and this is the first time i feel hungry for something new, and thats why i feel the need for more info about this head, so it would be nice if @TomWishon himself could tell us about what differences there is, except for the smaller volume.

I finally put this thing together with a Wishon S2S Red -S shaft @ 45". I've hit it into the net in the back yard a few times - so no real flight witnessed. Very solid feel/sound at impact, not a hollow sounding cowbell, but not the sound of persimmon either. Center impact is very satisfying.

Great looking driver. Shape reminds me of some of the smaller JDM deep-faced drivers, which I like a lot. I find those are easier to aim than the 460cc wide bodies. I wonder if they launch a little lower?

i thought about picking one up. With the smaller head size I was thinking of shafting it at a shorter length? Maybe 44” and just tad heavier shaft weight.

Got to hit the Wishon 519 SHPR for the first time today. Look wise, really like the matte finish and the black finished sole. Overall it looks like a very high quality tour issue driver. The white lines around the crown helps me with alignment. When putting it down on the ground it looks quite a bit smaller than my 919THI. Actually had a little bit of hard time adjusting to it in the first 5 shots, but got into it very quickly afterwards. Sound wise it is not a loud driver, very solid but muted sound which I like, feel wise it is a very solid feel, for me it feels softer than most drivers.

Performance wise my first impression was how straight I was hitting the ball. Ball flight was consistent and not much curvature was going on. Gentle draw, gentle fade. You can definitely tell a bit more when you miss hit but result was good. I got to hit it against my gamer 919THI which is 9 degrees side to side in the same shaft. The 9 degree 519 went a bit too low then went to the 10 degree head boom, I saw a much better carry distance. Average carry was 260 yards rolling to 285 with my ball speed averaged at 154 MPH. My 919THI had the same total distance but carry was only 250 yards. My AOA has gone down from average of 5 to 3.5 degrees and also club head speed has come down about 3 MPH because of cold weather in the winter. Shows that I need a bit more loft in my driver especially when it's wet like a pool here in the winter.

Next up will be testing the 519 10 degree against the TS3 9.5.

This driver is purpose built to keep the spin down, with a penetrating flight. The face is not as deep as most on the market, but very well proportioned. Solid sound and feel.
