I would say a lot of folks are getting an opportunity to watch more TV these days. Figured sharing of some interesting finds would be worthwhile.

Mine have been foreign movies or series:

Better than Us - Russian series (futuristic)

Baskin - Turkish horror - freaky

Along with the Gods (Two Worlds) - Korean - just entertaining and enjoyable

Wu Assassins

Rewatching Black Mirror again - so many good stories!

Ford vs Ferrari last night. Christian Bale was excellent.

Netflix mini series called The Pharmacist. Expose on big pharma and Contin. 3 eps in and pretty good.

I watched Longmire on Netflix last year and it was really good too.

if you haven't seen Uncut Gems (or the other movies by the director brothers), you should see it ... sandler should've gotten an oscar nomination at least ...

I’ve been touting it elsewhere, but I highly recommend the warriors... it’s one of those movies that has influenced tons of people, holds up well and opens up a ton of references in various media... I've seen it spoofed in kids shows!

the man who killed hitler and then the Bigfoot is also amazing, but it’s not a comedy. I understand your hesitation.

safety not gauranteed is somewhat a comedy. Aubrey plaza is amazing in it.

Three Identical Strangers - Doc on triplets that were unaware the other 2 existed. Gets deeper and crazier.

The Biggest Little Farm - Family friendly doc on young couple that buy a farm in Cally and make a successful go of it.

Miracle - An awesome Family friendly movie on the US hockey team beating Russia in the 1980 Olympics. Really good with Kurt Russell.

Watched Warrior on Hulu last night (2011). Intense and good.

Yes, it's a Rocky type movie so somewhat predictable but the acting is so good.

Tom Hardy, Joel Edgerton, Nick Nolte, Jennifer Morrison.

I watched Descent for the umpteenth time - such a underrated movie that still holds up!!

Parasite was outstanding of course.

The Art of Self defense, They come knocking, Changeland, The Decline were all interesting.

The Voices was a great Ryan Reynolds film - I wish there was a 2nd one coming!

Been doing month free of Hulu. Thinking of joining prices are pretty good. I like all movies esp. sci-fi.

Fast Color- SciFi

Prospect- SciFi

The Wave- Norwegian film about what could happen.

Becoming Bond- About George Lazenby. Last half of film about him getting role is excellent.

Interstellar was on the other night. I had seen it on a date with my wife years ago. It's a pretty powerful movie. Enjoyed seeing it again...

Watch christopher reeves 90s movie hes a lapd detective, his wife is having an affair with reeves brother.. kim cattrell is reeves wife....spooky thing is in movie reeves ends up in a wheelchair...before be was in a wheelchair in real life. Great movie.

I enjoyed it, just not as much as I thought I would... too much loud/yelling dialogue.

Last flight I took the guy next to me started to watch it but bailed after about 10 minutes.

I was gonna suggest this...Sandler was great I was very surprised with KG thought he was decent.

 

extraction- Netflix movie, guy flick, not too bad

waco- Netflix series I thought was great

hunters- amazon prime series that’s really good

joker- movie, thought was ok not as good as I hoped but last twenty min was really good

1917- movie, again was expecting more but still good movie
