And the rest of the field?
Well, the title is TIGER WOODS photos. Why would you expect the rest of the field here?
There's 3 or 4 albums of about 100 photos each of the "rest of the field" that will be posted as soon as on of the Mods/Admins can move them over.

I'm sorry, but why does Sean Foley insist on dressing like a tour player?
How should an instructor dress? Suit and tie? Jeans and a t-shirt? Every instructor out there dresses like he's about to tee off.
Funny I was thinking the same thing, what is it with people always trying to throw criticism? How does Butch Harmon dress? Answer: The same exact way as Sean. I believe all instructors dress like they play golf it's their job!

Tiger practiced in the white "Frees" and then somewhere along the way switched to the black ones.

Is it me or does his stance look narrow and slightly open? Maybe he's trying to hit more cuts?
I can't tell if his stance is open but it is very narrow for a relatively tall guy.

I assume the narrow stance is to promote a turn through the ball and less pressure on his left knee?

wow.......Talk about the classic position of driving the right elbow into the right hip on the down swing.........jeez, this is the best his swing has looked in a long time IMO, since the days of Butch. Hope he has a great showing the week and puts the tour on notice for '12 that "he's backkkkkk". Great pics...thx for sharing

Why does Tiger dress like Mr. Rogers now? Seriously.... he used to dress so sharp, so crisp, but lately it is like he has been taking clothes from "Uncle Bert's"" closet.

Hes trying to make his stock shot a gentle slider left to right. You can tell from the set up and hold off finish, body release. So much easier to time and he doesn't drop it underneath like he did while self destructing(IMO) with hank Haney...

Kind of tough to hit "sliders" gently from left to right when the club face is closed and the wrist is bowed. What's Foley doing out there anyways except looking like a poser?

Actually, tiger used to ALWAYS swing this way in general, as did many other great players, like hogan.

It's a classic body turn move that starts with good foot and legwork. Both the lower body and the forearms release aggressively, creating the power of the hard forearm release, combined with the easier to control fade, as well as the easier to time body turn move.

Tiger used to hit tons of stingers and fades, and his stock shot with a driver has been a fade for a long time.

Regarding bending over, if you stand too tall with the high chin and the further from the ball position, you just end up stuck all the time and fighting that stuck move. It's a shame that this posture is taught to a lot of people by PGA pros, possibly because it's easier to swing that way for an average person. If you are physically fit enough (and really it's not much of a standard), you stand like a real golfer; close the ball and bent over, with your rear sticking out a lot. The human back is shaped like an S, which is what that position supports.

I don't mean to be argumentative, but tiger's swing, back when he was with butch, was a near perfect swing, and he added his own aggression, resulting in that famous right shoulder all the way around position in the finish. It's a swing all of us (and apparently he) should be (and he is getting back to it) emulate.

Yes it definitely is, he is trying to work the ball from left to right much more often now with sean and he did narrow up his stance.

I don't know, but the back pockets on his pants have to go.
I think his disapproval of Foley's apparel is more of an issue with Foley's smugness, arrogance and/or ego, at least that's how I feel every time I see the guy in any form. Someone questioned Tigers apparel, mainly his pants, have you seen how big Tiger's thighs have gotten? What kind of pants do people expect him to wear, his workouts must be insane! Cool pics, any info on that bag sponsor?

Does anyone know how long Tiger is contracted with Nike? I know Nike cut his endorsement deal after Tiger's marital infidelities. It is curious to me that Nike featured Tiger in their 2011 equipment guide but did not list his club specs even though he was pictured. I am surprised that Tiger is still using the Nike Method putter. I realize he is having putting problems. I wonder if Tiger and Nike will continue their endorsement relationship. Had I been in Tiger's shoes, I would have understood why Nike took the route they did in cutting his endorsement deal but I certainly would not have liked it. I am wondering if Tiger will look to cut ties with Nike after his deal runs out or if Nike will look to cut ties with Tiger once the deal is done. I would imagine that Tiger's future playing performance will determine just how much he is worth for future deals. Does anyone have any specific knowledge on this topic?
