I am not sure of a place where I can hit Veylix but the Arcane is awesome looking. I will try and find a place to try their line

Tai, glad to see your thread back up and running. I must've missed the sh*t show that ensued, and it really is too bad a few people can ruin such a good thread. Agree with what J said, you guys put a TON of time and your own money into doing this stuff, and like Buzz said, I put a lot of stock into what guys like you do. I don't have the speed to hang with y'all but it's still good information.

Places like Cool Clubs and Club Champion are awesome experiences, but I think they miss the mark when you're only fitting indoors. I had a great time at Club Champion, but could not justify the numbers indoors with what I would expect outdoors. Ultimately, the build was immaculate, but not a good fit when comparing my old and new irons, club for club, on courses I know well. If you're able to find a fitter with good variety, strong fitting competence, and an outdoor fitting facility, you're likely to have a better experience and more confidence in the final outcome.
The one I went to is outdoors on grass, I think some are indoors. My reviews on my CC experiences are specifically to the location I went to, an outdoor fitting is mandatory for me hence my satisfaction with the results and translation to the course. If literally my only options in my area were indoors, I would still pick Cool Clubs over other options.. just based on my experience over here out west and their top notch build center and the reputation they have with tour professionals.
I'm going to be vacationing in Newport Beach and have scheduled a full fitting at CC Irvine. I anticipate that this will get expensive quick! However, I'm excited about having a full fitting outdoors with all of the available options they have. Nothing like seeing the ballflight all the way, instead of on a monitor. Threads like Tai's make it that much more exciting...and expensive.

Thunder you need to add the 757 and the elements chrome to that list

My chrome after getting a tweak on the tipping has actually surpassed my rogue
The new 757 has a really soft tip section. Not really in the same realm as the others he mentioned.

I found it to launch MUCH higher than the Chrome, 7.2, and Black Tie.

Tai, legitimate question here: do you find the TPx to be "straighter" than ProV1x or is it just in people's heads? How about in the wind... Does one handle headwinds and crosswinds better in your opinion or is it marketing mumbo jumbo? I haven't played ProV1x since 2007-8 and I just recently got 3 dozen from placing top 5 in a tournament over 4th of July weekend so I am curious what your thought are. Thanks.

DId you add any weight to the X2HP head? Also glad to see your thread back up, I know how frustrating it is to take a lot of your own personal time to share information, pics ,ect... only to deal with nonsense from a select few. You can only ignore them for so long before it's not fun anymore.
Sorry, just saw this post. Thanks for the comments. The SW came out to D3.5, same as my driver. I'm not sure if they had to add any weight to it.

I like the V1x better off the driver and wedges. I like the TPX off the putter better, honestly, I think both balls are so good that you would be fine with either. If you were to give me 10 dozen free and I had to choose one or the other, I would choose the ProV1x.

If you haven't already, SR3 would be worth giving a try. I've found it to hold line in the wind that little bit better than TP X and V1X. But like Tai said, I could play any one of the three and be quite happy.
