Hi guys,

 

I know I'm late to the party and please excuse me if this is posted somewhere (I searched first, but I didn't find anything), but could you guys post a glossary of LPGA nicknames? "Wiesy" is pretty obvious, but "The Librarian" for example?

Then are there are acronyms which are really just initials to shorten names while typing, ie IBP - InBee Park, NYC - Na Yeon Choi, HYP - Hee Young Park, IK - IK Kim, etc.

Yeah, and SC link to Salas would be good, but right, Trojan isn't the best idea. Anything purple would work, right.

As mentioned in another thread, the nicknames are meant mostly as fun, not meant to really be derogatory or anything for the most part (Kerr being the possible exception ). Not sure exactly where you are going with knock knock (well, I think I know) but I would think it a bit borderline . As for Paula, it's pretty hard to top the Pink Diva!
