Hello Everyone. My first ever post on this site. Here is my current bag that consists of mostly Nike clubs all with stiff shafts.

I still have my black VFP. Never sold. Might just bag it and try to sell my standard blue. I dont know. LolWouldn't mind testing a 2017 M2 against it though. For science.

 

A lot of people slept on your driver on BST. Surprised my Vapor Speed TW hasn't moved either.

Hadn't really had a chance to try them in anger on a dry course until the last couple of weeks, and wow, colour me impressed. The Tour Black is the best ball I've hit since the Tour Accuracy TW's from around 10 years ago, great in the wind, perfect feel round the greens, stop on a dime and don't feel too soft off the putter face. Think I need to buy more before they all vanish - my local American Golf still has Tour Blacks and Platinums in stock, shame they only have the white ones though, as I'm getting used to Volt Yellow.

I still have a sleeve or RZN Platinums that I'm saving. I should have bought a bunch when my local golf shop were blowing them out for $29.99, but didn't really think about it. Had to find a new ball since I've been using Nikes for such a long time. Started with the Nike Ones. I've tried to go back to ProV1x. Tried the Chrome Softs, which my brother plays. Also tried the Vice Pros which are nice. But being a Tiger fan, I saw that he was switching to BB330s. So gave it a try and they feel similar to the RZN Platinums. I like them and the shop had a buy 2 dozen get a dozen free so I couldn't pass that up.

I've used Bridgestone in the past and they are a great ball. I've never gotten along with Pro V's but the NXT Tour, that surprised me. Taylormade Tour Preferred played REALLY nice for me a few years ago too.

I may be a bit weird, but unless the course was bone dry, I'd take the NXT Tour S over the Pro V1 any day of the week. Never got on with the Pro V1 at all, find it golf's most overrated product after the Scotty Cameron putter.

 

Actually talking about putters, did Nike ever do a Method in the same style as the Odyssey #9/ Wilson TPA? Playing a Works #9 at the mo, but am finding the ball a bit inconsistent off the face.

They did. It was in the original Method line. 003 I think. Might even have a used one at my shop.

There's 3 within 30 minutes out near me lately tons of volts last week found some platinums and scooped up what they had left.

Same here. I've yet to see any of the RZN Tours at my nearest outlet. Last time I went up the only golf shoes they had in stock were about five pairs of LC3s.

I just wish they still made golf bags. The Air Hybrid bag IMHO was the best bag on the market. I am in need of a new bag and just can't seem to find one from the usual suspects (ping, sun mountain etc.) that I like as much as my Air Hybrid II. The 2017 air sport carry bags that I've seen on eBay look so sweet too...

I think I have one of Tiger's balls he would have played last season. Heard he was going to use the RZN Tour Platinum, but this one's a Dot Platinum. Found it in a couple dozen that I ordered from Golf Balls Direct.

Just picked up another 2 dozen RZN Blacks, one box of white, the other volt yellow, for £40. Not too shabby at all, loads left in store too if you're anywhere near Birmingham (UK)

Same here in Paramus, NJ. There's a huge Korean demographic in these parts and the outlet here used to have a huge golf section that catered. But no more :dntknw:

I don't think one rolls it better or worse than the other.

Yeah. Maybe in my head too. I've been rolling (in my bag) the method 006 for a while now, put the origin in my closet and went with the 006.

 

Both feel essentially the same, I just prefer the 006 more.

I love my engage wedges. Work so much better for me than my SM5's did. Struggling to decide if I should stick up or just shop around when the time comes for new wedges.

Yeah. Maybe in my head too. I've been rolling (in my bag) the method 006 for a while now, put the origin in my closet and went with the 006.

 

Both feel essentially the same, I just prefer the 006 more.

 

006 has higher cm rating imo than origin.
