Guy was leading the field in GIR after round 3, price on him winning considering he was in lead seemed too low, even though it was only 1.5x, was def a good price

I'll put $150 on Stenson this week @ 15x (he likes this tournament much better than last weeks and still finnished solo 2nd there). Gives me just an extra bit of excitement. Definitly looks like one of the favourites will win. Day, Bubba, Rory or Spieth. And yeah I can afford it, for all of you who are worried about me losing 10k on golf this year . I won almost 50k last year, and I think there is a good chance next season will be a good one again. I'll put up another 10k for that when the new season starts, with the same goal. Sure I really hoped I'd do better, but there is a high variance betting the way I do and you can only get playoffs, 2nd etc so many times..

Yes that Stenson double bogey on 16 was a real bummer ... Rickie of course had applied presure by taking "dead aim" at a pin tight to the water. Fowler is getting quite good at closing tournaments out with aggressive plays.

I hope I do better than last year :). Needed the first months to see where the players are at. Here is my first bet. Final 9 holes on WGC-championship. Live bet.

I started this new season with a rather big live bet on Phil last week, but he just wasn't ready to win I guess. This week I'll bet on the Valspar Championship. I think the field is pretty weak even if we have the no #1 ranked player on the OWGR in the field. However, he hasn't looked all that good after his win 2 months ago. And at only 6.5X the money I won't put a bet on him. Stenson who is the 2 nd highest ranked player in the field has had a good start on the european tour and even if his display last week wasn't the best I think 15X the money is good enough for a bet. He finished 1 shot behind Spieth last year. Danny Willet has played some great golf this year with his win 1 month ago at the Dubai Desert Classic and T3 last week.
