Okay, I ended up only betting $150 last week. I put it all on Aphibarnrat (I still think that course is a good match for him and I'll get those money on Aphibarnrat an other time). And he did shoot a shared for the lowest round of the week when he shot that 65 on Sunday that moved him to a T6. He's such a streaky player and has some great wins from nowhere.

 

This week is Match play week and I'll bet pairings rather than winner outright.

 

First match I'll bet "against" Spieth. I just don't like his play at all right now. Jamie Donaldson hasn't looked good either, and I still hold Spieth as a favourite but at 4.2 I think it's just a good value. I'll also bet Aphibarnarat vs Jimmy Walker, I just don't like Walker in this format.

I had that on bet365 yesterday when I placed the bets. Also had similar on betfair, but they couldn't cover my bets. Just checked the live odds on the Aphibarnrat match (AS after 8 holes) it's 2.5 right now on bet365.

 

Edit: It's also a difference in odds if you play outright winner or if you allow it to be shared. I didn't see an option for playing the outright winner, but on the live odds I now see that there is such an option and those odds are a bit lower. As in if Aphibarnrat & Walker is A/S I'll lose.

Okay, Donaldson was terrible against Spieth and lost (-$150). Aphibarnat won his match (+$412.5). Scott vs Pieters was A/S (money back, $100). If cents I'll just throw those away so numbers are easier. In this case those 50 cents..

I usually play the 3$ one every week. I have won 6-7$ a few times..maybe every other week to break even. Nothing big. Just wondering!

 

they sent me a w2 for 5600 last year so I assume I am up like 5500. Had one big hit for 7k and generally win 3 out of 5. I ran through 2k in last years majors which was silly. This year I am only doing 5 max in each major. I feel that after 5 your picks become very "guessy"

I was going to sit out this week but I want financial incentive to root for Lefty. Logical reasoning is that he has played well and has been top 20 the last 5 times here. He's also mentally tough enough to push through the late tee time with forecasted 18+ mph wind on Friday.

After a few degenerate live bets gone bad, the last one paid off. Herman $300 @5.5 to 1 when he was up by one on the front 9 got me back to even.

Aww, great win by Herman. Not much a bettor can do about that. Protected my Stenson bet a bit with bets on Dustin and Herman earlier in the round so not that bad for me, but won't reflect the bankroll on here as I didn't post it. Really look forward to the Masters now (watching it, but also betting on it). I have some good ideas and almost always win some money there.

Gamble Gamble, plz don't include bets in your bankroll that you haven't posted here. I find this topic interesting and follow you and Shankie, but if you include bets that you have no timestamp on you compromise the whole idea.
