Tour Aldila Rogue Black 110 MSI - Very Underrated

I just ordered a new black 110 70tx to try in a R15 430. Got it for a awesome deal so if it's not for me it will be easy to not loose much. Hope I like it!
I see in your sig that you have th GP7x currently...would like to know how it plays and how the 110 70tx compares...

I will be doing am on course comparison next week. I will definitely report back. I played the Rogue silver 125 in my MP650 prior to the GP 7x and I feel the GP is their answer to the Rogue silver 125. If I where to paint both shafts black and try them side by side I don't know I could tell the difference. I believe they are both counter balance shafts and both have a great feel to them. I will let ya know how the black 110 compares.

The bend profile of the AD GP is actually very similar to the Rogue 110 Black.

Anyone have any feedback on tipping the black 110 to make it spin less? Would tipping it say 3/4" knock off some spin or just make it feel stiffer.

Just put a brand new, untipped, Rogue Black 110 70X in an 816DBD.

Long story, but still waiting to get it in action.

I'm reading a whole lot of guys saying they were going to throw in a Rogue Black 110msi whether 60 or 70 but none have you reported back. I'm very interested in this shaft. My back is getting very tired trying to continue to load a Matrix 7M3 X-Stiff and I'm looking for something that doesn't quite need so much strength and flexibility to load. The guy who started this thread sounds exactly like my profile (112-115 SS, quick transition and tempo, miss is snap hook left) but no one has reported back on their experience with this. Any help or suggestions from you guys would be helpful!

I have the Black 110msi 60 TX tipped 1/2" playing 45" in my 915 D2. I was concerned on the weight of this shaft being too light coming from the Whiteboard 73x but was happy with the results. Even though it's a Tour-X it was easy to load and didn't feel tired after a long range session like with the 73x. I have also tried the Speeder Evo TS 661, Ad Di 6x and I have had more consistency with this shaft. Hope this helps.

Bringing this one back

I have used the Rogue 110MSI Black 70 Tour X for a year now... I had it in my 910 D3 with amazing results. Tested a Ping G LST WITH speeder 757 Evo 2 for the last month --- the results are so far from one another it's crazy. Today I put a tip on the Togue to test in the Ping so I can do a direct comparison. I will give an update soon.

Ping/Speeder combo has been launching high at 13-14* and spinning in the 2500 range which is a 1-2 degree higher and 500 rpm higher than my titleist/rogue combo.

I can say this so far... With the Speeder Evo 2 I had to remover the sole weight completely to get the swing weight to d5. With the he Rogue Black I actually had to put the sole weight back in to get the swing weight to a more preferred d3.
