So in the rush of the launch, i accidentally bought 2 pairs of Oreos in Size 10. Didn't think it would be an issue, but they are definitely not selling as much as people thought on eBay. So now I have an extra pair. I think i totally overestimated what the interest would be on this shoe.

I wore these today in my house to see how they look on my feet and with pants on, thinking I was going to wear them to play a round in today.

But... Couldn't do it.. The huge toe cap/area bothers me. Opposite of the Jordan Runner Golf. Maybe because it is white color that makes it stand out.

For now, they're in my closet. Don't want to return them to NTSF, they'll just give me a gift card or store credit. Takes like 2 weeks to get your card refunded.

I sound like a hypocrite saying I wouldn't sell them.. If I do, i'll pass it along to the WRX fam. What I paid for it, plus shipping cost to wherever you stay in the USA.

How do these run? I wear 9.5 in Nike golf shoes, but my Retros are usually 8.5-9 depending on the model. My bro has the 9 in Oreo, and 8.5 in IR.

I finally walked eighteen in these on Saturday and they were fine. They're not as comfortable as Lunar Controls and a bit heavier IMO but my feet felt good after the round. It wasn't super wet that morning but still damp and I had no issues with my socks getting wet at all. As for aesthetics, the big complaint that I have heard comes from the wideness of the toe box and the general chunkiness of the shoe. I, for one, think they look awesome even with shorts. I actually prefer a bit of bulk over a "sleek" golf shoe - think Puma, but I am a bigger guy (6'1", 200 lbs) so maybe that just seems proportionately correct. Hell lots of people rave about Ecco Bioms and I think those are as hideous as it gets. Different strokes for different folks right? Thus far my only complaint is that the back pull loop thing rubs against my achilles on my follow through. It's negligible on the course, but during a range session it became noticeable. Note that I generally wear shorts and ankle socks. Pants might alleviate this.

Lesmond, aren't all jays like that tho? I was just looking at my Bordeaux 7 (not this year's release) and remembered how big the toe box is.

If Nike ever release the kobe line esp. iv-vi in golf, you'll see me first in line at staples center.

The toe-area isn't that wide compared to the Jordan 6 low golf. It's shaped and slimmer, the 6 low golf is wide from front to back, side to side.
